運動中心員工知覺組織支持、前瞻性人格與工作滿意度之研究

A Study of the Relationship Among Employees from Sport Center's Perceived Organizational Support, Proactive Personality and Job Satisfaction

摘要


本研究旨在探討新北市國民運動中心員工之行為,瞭解內部成員在知覺組織支持、前瞻性人格與工作滿意度之間的關係。研究對象為新北市國民運動中心員工,共計519人,以6家營運廠商經營之新莊、蘆洲、淡水、三重、樹林、板橋、永和、汐止與新五泰國民運動中心為研究範圍,研究方法使用了問卷調查瞭解現行新北市運動中心員工知覺組織支持、前瞻性人格與工作滿意度之現況,並以描述性統計、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t檢定與迴歸分析來進行統計分析,研究結果顯示:(一)運動中心員工背景之差異性分析上顯示,不同「性別」員工對於「前瞻性人格」呈現顯著差異,不同「婚姻狀況」員工對於「前瞻性人格」與「工作滿意度」呈現顯著差異,不同「工作型態」員工對於「知覺組織支持」呈現顯著差異,不同「薪資水準」員工對於「知覺組織支持」與「工作滿意度」呈現顯著差異;(二)運動中心員工背景之相關分析上顯示,運動中心員工的年齡與前瞻性人格呈現顯著相關;(三)運動中心員工背景之迴歸分析上顯示,員工「知覺組織支持」與「前瞻性人格」對上「工作滿意度」呈現顯著關係。根據本研究結果彙整出之建議:本研究建議運動中心將前瞻性人格列為員工徵選評比項目,以及落實組織激勵制度,以增加組織競爭力和提高員工滿意度,達到組織永續經營之形態。

The purpose of this study is to examine the behavior of employees in the New North City National Sports Centers, which in order to understand the employees in association with perceived organizational support, proactive personality and job satisfaction. The research object is the staff of the New North City National Sports Centers, totaling four hundred and fifty people included Xinzhuang, Luzhou, Danshui, Sanchong, Shulin ,Banqiao, Yong-He, Xi-Zhi, Xin Wu Tai National Sports Centers. We use questionnaire survey to know the situation of perceived organizational support, proactive personality and job satisfaction in the New North City National Sports Centers. In addition, we also use descriptive statistics, Person’s correlation analysis, One-way ANOVA and regression to get Statistical Analysis.From the above, the results of the study show the following three points:(1)The staffs’ background analysis of the differences shows differences in " proactive personality " for differences in "sex ", differences in "marriage" for differences in "prospective personality" and "job satisfaction", differences in" salary " for differences in " perceived organizational support " and "job satisfaction".(2) The staffs’ background analysis of the correlation shows differences in "age" for differences in " proactive personality".(3) The staffs’ background analysis of the regression shows differences in "perceived organizational support" and "proactive personality " for differences in " job satisfaction".At last, based on the results of this study, we make some suggestions which reviewing proactive personality, implementing rewards system so as to enhance competitiveness of organization and job satisfaction, to achieve the organization of sustainable management.
