網紅式的線上華語教學視頻之研究

摘要


隨著科技日新月異、網路的普及,語言學習管道不再侷限於面對面的實體授課,各種新興的遠距教學模式風行全球,然目前華語教學界,針對非同步教學的教學視頻研究仍寥寥無幾。近年來網紅經濟(Internet Celebrity Economy)的浪潮,改變了人們學習的方式,各種趣味的網紅式教學視頻如雨後春筍般倍增,以台灣為例,首位知識型語言教學網紅,其開設英語教學的頻道訂閱人數,在短時間內就已突破百萬。 本研究旨在提出供未來華語文線上視頻教師參酌的準則,首先,以內容分析法,針對具網紅式特質的華語教學視頻進行現況調查,並使用問卷調查與訪談法,對華語學習者發放問卷及訪談,待統整出初步原則後,在法國Lycée Pierre-Paul Riquet高中實施一觀看視頻的教學試驗,再發放觀後問卷進行評鑑,確立華語學習者對網紅式線上華語教學視頻確切的需求。 研究結果顯示,華語學習者偏好教師個人特色鮮明、言談風趣且教學內容生活化的短視頻,對跨文化溝通課程有迫切需求。是故,本研究提出網紅式線上華語教學視頻需以增進學生跨文化溝通能力為教學設計,發展其聽力及日常會話能力,並得出原則如下:一、教師應諳雙語,具備專業華語知識背景和標準口音。二、使用真實的日常生活情境作為教材。三、考量學生的背景與華語程度,使用不同方法設計視頻。四、教師應採開放式課後提問,鼓勵學生以華語回應作為評量。五、開設師生間有特有的社群以維持互動。六、視頻長度控制在10分鐘內為佳,教學字幕涵蓋漢字與拼音。

With the rapid development of the Internet, language learning is no longer limited to face-to-face. However, there are still few research on asynchronous teaching videos. In recent years, the wave of Internet Celebrity Economy has made a lot of interesting Chinese teaching videos mushroom up. The purpose of the research is to provide the principles for online Chinese teachers. First, to conduct a survey on the status of Chinese-language teaching videos which has features of Internet Celebrity. Then, Chinese language learners are given questionnaires and in-depth interviews. After the preliminary principles were proposed, a selected video was broadcasted at Lycée Pierre-Paul Riquet in France, and a questionnaire was issued to evaluate the Chinese learners’ demand. This study proposes that the design of Chinese teaching videos should be based on material of cross-cultural communication. First, teachers should be bilingual and have professional Chinese knowledge with standard accents. Second, take real daily life as a teaching material. Third, use different methods to design the video for the students with different levels. Fourth, give evaluations for students. Fifth, have an unique social community between teachers and students to maintain interaction. Last, the length of videos should be controlled less then ten minutes, and the teaching subtitles covered Chinese characters and pinyin.
