臺日韻律體操發展之比較研究

世界各國對競技運動表現的競爭越演越烈，如何提升各國競技運動實力至關重要。據此，本研究目的以SPLISS模式為研究架構，探討臺日韻律體操發展及比較兩國之間的異同，提供臺灣韻律體操未來發展之參考依據。研究方法採用文獻分析法、深度訪談法及比較研究法。研究結果顯示兩國之間有明顯不同，日本韻律體操發展在SPLISS模式的九個支柱中現況較為穩定，臺灣韻律體操則是尚未建立相關事業，與菁英運動成功的距離還有進步空間。本研究建議，臺灣可以日本發展模式為借鏡，首先成立韻律體操相關小組，設定並落實短、中、長期的培訓目標，培育優秀韻律體操選手，建立具有臺灣特色之發展模式，讓世界能夠看見臺灣韻律體操的實力。

Competitions for the performance of competitive sports among countries are becoming more and more fierce. It is very important for all countries to improve the strength of competitive sports. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to use the SPLISS model as the research framework to explore and compare the development of Rhythmic Gymnastics between Taiwan and Japan in order to provide the references for the future development of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Taiwan. The research was conducted via document analysis, in-depth interview and comparative research. The results indicated that there was an obvious difference between two countries. Rhythmic gymnastics development in Japan was relatively stable among the nine pillars of the SPLISS model while in Taiwan, the related system was not yet established, and there was still room for improvement from successful elite sports. The research suggested that Taiwan could take Japanese development model as a reference. Set up related rhythmic gymnastics teams at first; set and implement short, medium and long-term training goals; cultivate outstanding rhythmic gymnasts and establish the development model with Taiwan characteristics so that the strength of Taiwanese Rhythmic Gymnastics could reveal in front of the world.
