飛行軍官工作壓力與休閒行為其相關因素之研究－以陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官的背景變項（年齡、婚姻狀況、工作職務、階級）工作壓力與休閒行為之關係。研究對象以陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官中150人為研究樣本，所使用之研究工具包括「陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官基本資料調查表」、「陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官工作壓力量表」、「陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官休閒行為量表」。資料分析方法包括臨界比、因素分析、Cronbach’s α、多變項變異數分析 ( MANOVA ) 、單變項變異數分析( one - way ANOVA )、多元迴歸分析、逐步迴歸分析及典型相關分析，研究發現如下：
一、不同年齡之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之工作壓力有顯著差異，其差異主要在「工作負荷」、「領導統御」、「領導統御 」及「人際關係」。
二、不同婚姻狀況之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之工作壓力有顯著差異，其差異主要在「工作負荷」、「升遷發展」、「領導統御」。
三、不同工作職務之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之工作壓力有顯著差異，其差異主要在「升遷發展」、「領導統御」。
四、不同階級之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之工作壓力有顯著差異，其差異主要在「升遷發展」、「工作負荷」、「人際關係」、「領導統御」。
五、不同年齡之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之休閒行為有顯著差異，其差異主要在「服務型」、「運動型」、「文藝型」。
六、不同婚姻狀況之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之休閒行為有顯著差異，其差異主要在「服務型」、「運動型」、「文藝型」及「公關型」。
七、不同工作職務之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之休閒行為有顯著差異，其差異主要在「服務型」、「運動型」、「文藝型」、「公關型」。
八、不同階級之陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官之休閒行為有顯著差異，其差異主要在「服務型」、「運動型」、「文藝型」。
九、陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官的工作壓力可預測休閒行為，工作壓力的四個構面依序分別為「升遷發展」→「領導統御 」→「工作負荷」→「人際關係」，可以聯合預測休閒行為13.2%的總變異量。
十、陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官的工作壓力可解釋休閒行為，其途徑為，由工作壓力的「升遷發展」變項影響到休閒行為的「運動型」。
研究者根據研究結果，提出改善陸軍航空特戰指揮部航空旅飛行軍官工作壓力之建議，做為國防部及未來研究方向之參考。

The research is mainly among the variety of options on backgrounds (Age, Marriage, Duty, Rank) workload pressure and recreations for ASAAF pilots. The research was sampled by 150 pilots from ASSAF. The tools have been used are Self information query charts, work load pressure evaluation charts and Recreation behaviors charts of ASSAF pilots. The ways to research are critical ratio, factors analysis Cronbach’s α, MAVONA, One-way ANOVA, Multiple regressive analysis, Gradual regressive analysis and typical analysis. The results came out are below:
A.The workload pressure for ASAAF pilots with different ages is significant different. The main different are workloads, promotion, organization circumstances and social relation ships.
B.The workload pressure for ASAAF pilots with different marriage conditions is significant different. The main different are workloads, promotion and organization circumstances.
C.The workload pressure for ASAAF pilots with different duties is significant different. The main different are workloads and organization circumstances.
D.The workload pressure for ASAAF pilots with different ranks is significant different. The main different are promotion, workloads, social relationships and organization circumstances.
E.The recreation for ASAAF pilots with different ages is significant different. The main different are divided into service type, athletics type and literary type.
F.The recreation for ASAAF pilots with different marriage conditions is significant different. The main different are divided into service type, athletics type, literary type and public relations type.
G.The recreation for ASAAF pilots with different duties is significant different. The main different are divided into service type, athletics type, literary type and public relations type.
H.The recreation for ASAAF pilots with different ranks is significant different. The main different are divided into service type, athletics type and literary type.
I.The recreation for ASAAF pilots can be predicted by the workload pressure, the four aspects of workload pressure are promotion, organization circumstances, work loads and social relationships in sequence. The 13.2% total different amount of recreation can also be predicted unitedly.
J.The workload pressure can explain ASAAF pilots’ recreation behaviors from the promotion of workloads to the athletics type of recreation.
According to the results, the researcher provides some suggestions to improve the workload pressure for ASAAF pilots, furthermore, it can be used as references for DOD and directions of future research.
