水景繪畫的美學心靈-林芳蘭創作論述

摘要


現代人工作忙碌,生活壓力鉅大。雖然物質取得容易與資訊傳播快速而使人生活變得方 便,卻也使人每天忙忙碌碌而忽略了滿足精神世界及傾聽內心真正的聲音。筆者原本從事外界社會所認定的好工作,卻每天身心疲憊且焦慮煩躁,直到學畫之後,漸漸懂得靜下心來聆聽自己內心的聲音,思考生命的意義。也在為了躲避都市水泥叢林的壓力而接觸大自然、接觸河流與大海之後,深刻體會到大自然所帶給筆者的神奇撫慰與安定力量。尤其是當身體接觸到沁涼的河水與海浪、耳朵聽著潺潺流水聲與一波一波的浪潮聲,看著清澈柔美的河水與寬廣無邊的大海,水景所帶給筆者身心靈的療癒力量更是遠遠大於大自然的其它部分。因為受到水景的療癒,也因此讓筆者有了研究與創作水景療癒繪畫的想法。 在本論文第一章中,筆者基於自身學習藝術創作的經驗,來分享繪畫創作帶給筆者的影 響、轉變與成長。在大自然的懷抱裡,筆者得到以描繪水景為主要創作對象的想法,並在實際創作後得到壓力的釋放與心靈的安定。藉由繪畫,筆者獲得了心靈的療癒,因此決定深入研究療癒以及水對人類的意義,並且探討和療癒及水相關的藝術繪畫創作,並進而創作完成一系列作品,期待觀賞筆者作品的人也能從中得到療癒與慰藉。在第二章文獻探討部分,筆者首先探討文學與哲學層面水的象徵意義,也同時研究了水景錄像。然後研究分析水景及療癒繪畫藝術家的作品特色,並進一步探究色彩與藝術家心境及風格的關聯。第三章是針對筆者的繪畫創作來進行觀點分析、創作歷程與創作形式分析、以及創作媒材與技法的分析。第四章則是對於筆者的三個系列創作進行介紹與解析。 這整個過程讓筆者了解「自己的心」是最重要的。唯有跟隨自己內心的聲音做事,人才不會覺得容易疲累。也唯有畫出象徵自己內心感受的色彩,才能真正表達藝術家的情感。唯有創作出「像自己的畫」這樣的創作,才能真正表達藝術家的心靈,而將藝術家內在的能量釋放出來,進而療癒藝術家與療癒觀賞者,達到藝術的最高境界。

People nowadays are busy at work and life pressure is huge. Although easy access to material and rapid information dissemination makes life convenient, it also makes people busy every day and neglect to satisfy the spiritual world and listen to the true voice of the heart. The author was originally engaged in a good job recognized by the outside society, but was exhausted and anxious every day. After learning to paint, she gradually learned to calm down and listen to her inner voice and think about the meaning of life. After contacting nature, rivers and the sea in order to escape the pressure of the urban concrete jungle, she deeply realized the magical comfort and stability that nature brings to her. Especially when her body is in contact with the cool river water and the waves, her ears listen to the sound of gurgling water and waves, and when she looks at the clear and soft river water and the vast and boundless sea, the waterscape brings healing to her body and soul. The healing power brought to the author by waterscape is far greater than other parts of nature. Because of being healed by the waterscape, she has the idea of researching and creating waterscape healing paintings. In the first chapter of this art statement, the author shares the influence, transformation and growth brought by painting creation to the author based on her own experience in learning art creation. In the embrace of nature, the author obtained the idea of depicting waterscape as the main subject of creation, and after the actual creation felt that the pressure was released and the soul was settled. Through painting, the author has obtained spiritual healing, and therefore decided to study healing and the meaning of water to humans, and explore the artistic painting creation related to healing and water, and then create a series of works, hoping that people can also be healed and comforted after watching the works. The second chapter is the theoretical research part of this art statement. The author explores the symbolic meaning of water in literature and philosophy, and also covers water scene videos. Then she studies and analyzes the characteristics of the works of waterscape and healing painting artists, and further explores the relationship between color and the artist's mood and style. The third chapter is about the analyses of the author's painting creation. She analyzes the creation process and viewpoints, creation form, creation media, and techniques. In the fourth chapter, she introduces and analyzes three series of creations. This whole process allowed her to understand that "the heart" is the most important. Only by following the inner voice, people will not feel tired easily. Only by painting the colors that symbolize one's inner feelings can the artist's emotions be truly expressed. And only by creating a“painting like one's own" can an artist truly express his/her spirits and release the inner energy, and then heal the artist and viewers, and reach the highest state of art.
