廖峻「三百六十行」系列口頭表演文本研究

摘要


1980年代是餐廳秀風行的時代。在西餐廳,觀眾可以邊用餐邊看脫口秀表演,後來因大受歡迎還錄製成錄音帶販售,紅遍全台。而「餐廳秀」最著名的代表人物就是廖峻(廖滋源)。 本文首先要研究是廖峻的成長歷程以及餐廳秀崛起,其次廖峻的創作靈感來源與相關有聲作品,最後就是他所錄製的《三百六十行》系列。這系列共38個單元,闡述不同職業、不同面相的情境故事。本論文將了解與廖峻共同合作的女藝人,分別為高玉珊、王莉、許秀年。他們三人都曾經是炙手可熱的電視歌仔戲明星或歌廳藝人,在這個時代為什麼會受邀來共同演出?而表演文本所再現的這些職業,反映著什麼樣的社會現象?並探討其口頭表演如何活用語言的發音差、諧音、雙關,將其變成一種表演?如何透過不同國家的外來語來製造笑料,設計出只有台灣人才懂得的「梗」?而旋風式的火紅為什麼後來會走向衰退? 透過研究其作品,可以讓我們尋找到語言的趣味可愛之處。因此筆者盡力將其口頭表演藉由文字記錄下來,進而分析其中的奧妙。透過整理後的口頭書面化資料,可提供更多語料,幫助學習台語的人了解關於台語的語音差異、語言轉換、語言混雜等現象。相信對於母語文學、口頭藝術、語言學的研究及推廣,具有相當的意義。

The so-called “Restaurant’s Talk Show”, which provides the performance that audience could watch while dining at western restaurants in 1980s’ Taiwan. Because of the popularity, those shows were also recorded as audio tapes to distribute. Liāu Tsùn, whose real name is Liāu Tsu-guân, was famous as a great figure at that time. By analyzing Liāu Tsùn’s grown-up development, his Restaurant’s Talk Shows, some oral-performances which motivated him and the most important one, his masterpieces “The Hundreds Jobs”. His work is made up of 38 units which elaborates different jobs and contexts. This articles also explores 3 celebrities on Restaurant’s Talk Show, TV and Taiwanese Opera, such as Kau Yusan, Yuli and Khoo Siuni. Why they were invited to cooperate. And the rhetorical techniques of his oral performances to elaborate different jobs as well as the reflection of the society at that time? How did he use different languages to form a performance and present the main character of the show? How did he use the paronomasia of languages, crack jokes through various foreign languages as well as design the "punch line" that only Taiwanese could understand? However, after the Taiwan-famous to what extent it came to a declination of the show. By studying his works, this research finds out fascinating facts of the Taiwanese language. Not only record his oral performance as much as possible by text, but analyze them thoroughly. Through the collated oral materials, more corpus could be provided to help Taiwanese learners to understand the differences between pronunciation, language conversion, and mixed language. Those works are considerable significances and promotions for the local oral literature, mother-tongue literature, and linguistics.
