中小型企業轉型策略及經營績效之探究:以F公司為例

摘要


本研究旨在探究中小型企業轉型優化的經營策略,並檢視轉型後之經營績效以檢視中小企業推動轉型改革之可行性。本研究採質性研究的方式,立意取樣進行個案研究,以F公司為研究對象,資料搜集主要來源有五項:檔案紀錄、直接觀察、參與觀察、文件的應用、實物證物。 本研究結果顯示,中小企業實施轉型優化策略可以提升企業的競爭力。研究者從2019至今積極推動公司內部的轉型優化策略,包括:1.引進外部的驗證稽核,提升企業內部的成長動能;2.全面提升企業的資訊應用能力;3.任用專業人員,提升員工素質;4.以分潤為誘因,提高銷售人員誘因;5.持續改革。此外,個案公司積極推動企業社會責任,提升個案公司之社會形象。這些優化策略徹底實施,持續提高企業動能,也提升企業的營運績效及競爭力。

The purpose of this study is to explore the business strategies for the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This study also investigates the operating performance after SMEs implement transformation to examine the feasibility of SMEs promoting transformative reform. This study adopts a qualitative research approach by using the case study method. This study uses F Company as a case and obtains five primary data sources, including archival records, direct observation, participant observation, application of documents, and physical evidence. The results show that implementing transformation and optimization strategies for SMEs can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The researcher has actively promoted the case company's internal transformation and optimization strategies since 2019. The strategies include 1. introducing external verification and auditing to enhance the internal growth momentum of the enterprise; 2. improving the application of information technology for the enterprise comprehensively; 3. employing professionals to improve the quality of employees; 4. using the profit-sharing incentive scheme to increase sales persons’ incentives; 5. continuing to reform. In addition, F Company vigorously promotes corporate social responsibility to enhance the company's social image. These optimization strategies are thoroughly implemented to enhance the company's momentum continuously, as well as the company's operational performance and competitiveness.
