摘要


本研究旨在探討學習動機與學習成效之相關研究-以技術型高中機械群「機械製造」課程遠距教學為例。本研究採用準實驗研究設計並以質性訪談作為輔助研究,主要研究目的為探討遠距教學模式在學生學習動機與學習成效之表現。研究對象以嘉義縣某國立高級中學之機械科兩個班級,共61位學生作為研究對象,進行「機械製造」課程第七、八章兩個章節為主,分別進行8週的教學實驗,兩個班級為實驗組32位學生與控制組29位學生,分別進行同步遠距教學與傳統教學,透過動機量表與成效測驗資料與質性訪談,進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定、單因子共變數分析與皮爾森積差相關分析。本研究發現結果提出結論如下:一、遠距教學有助於提升學生學習動機與學習成效,實驗組學生有顯著優於控制組學生。二、遠距教學對於學生學習動機與學習成效有顯著正相關。三、學生肯定遠距教學對於機械製造課程的效益。依據研究發現列舉看法與建議供教師教學、學校行政、教育機關與後續研究作為參考。

The purpose of this study is learning motivation and learning effectiveness - take of the “machinery manufacturing” course on distance learning of the machinery group vocational high school as an example. This study adopts a quasi-experimental research design and uses qualitative interviews as auxiliary research to understand the performance of distance learning mode on students' learning motivation and learning effectiveness. The subjects of the study were 61 students from two classes in the mechanical department of a national vocational senior high school in Chiayi County. The subjects were mainly engaged in the seventh and eighth chapters of the "Mechanical Manufacturing" course, with the implementaitiom of an experimental teaching for eight weeks respectively. One class consists of 32 students in the experimental group and another class consists of 29 students in the control group. The experimental group was given synchronous distance learning, and the control group is given traditional teaching. Through the learning motivation scale and the data before, after the learning effectiveness test and qualitative interviews, uses descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, dependent sample t-test, one-way covariate analysis and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The results of this study found that : (1) Distance learning can help improve students' learning motivation and learning effectiveness, and the students in the experimental group are significantly better than those in the control group. (2) Distance learning has a significant positive correlation with students' learning motivation and learning effectiveness.(3) Students affirm the benefits of distance learning for machinery manufacturing course. Based on the findings of the research, this study puts forward relevant suggestions for teacher teaching, school administration, educational institutions and follow-up research as a reference.
