公立幼兒園幼兒混齡班班級經營之研究—以桃園市為例

摘要


本研究宗旨在探究桃園市公立幼兒園混齡班級經營之現況。本研究採用量化研究之問卷調查法,以桃園市 108 學年度任職於公立幼兒園混齡班級之教保服務人員為研究對象,並以自編調查問卷「公立幼兒園幼兒混齡班班級經營之研究—以桃園市為例」為研究工具,採普查的方式,共發出 205 份問卷,回收問卷共205 份,回收率100%。收集資料透過 SPSS 描述性統計、信度分析、單一樣本t檢定資料分析、單因子變異數分析檢視不同背景變項對依變項的影響差異進行資料分析,獲得以下結論: 一、教保服務人員對幼兒混齡班班級經營之現況 由研究顯示桃園市教保服務人員對幼兒混齡班班級經營之現況顯示在教學經營上對幼兒的需求與內容最為了解,總平均數次高的是「個案輔導」,其次是「學習環境」和「常規管理」。 二、不同背景變項的教保服務人員對幼兒混齡班班級經營的關聯性之差異情形與分析 依據本研究結果顯示,教保服務人員「不同年齡之於輔導構面」、「不同任教年資之於學習環境構面、個案輔導構面」、「不同幼兒園規模之於教學經營構面」、「不同性別之於教學經營構面」達顯著差異。 三、不同混齡班之特性對幼兒混齡班班級經營的關聯性之差異情形與分析 依據本研究結果顯示,混齡班之特性「收托幼兒年齡層之於教學經營構面」、「任教班級的教室空間運用之於教學經營構面、個案輔導構面」、「任教班級內是否因加入三歲幼兒而添購適齡的教材教具之於學習環境構面」達顯著差異。

The purpose of this research is to explore the current situation of mixed-age class management in public kindergartens in Taoyuan City. Differences and analysis of the relevance of education and insurance service personnel with different background variables to the management of mixed-age classes for children According to the results of this research, education and protection service personnel "different ages in the counseling dimension", "different teaching experience in the learning environment dimension, case counseling dimension", "different kindergarten size in the teaching management dimension", " "Different genders have significant differences in the aspects of teaching management." 3. Differences and analysis of the relevance of the characteristics of different mixed-age classes to the management of children's mixed-age classes According to the results of this research, the characteristics of mixed-age classes are "contains children’s age groups in the teaching and management aspects", "the classroom space of the teaching class is used in the teaching management and case counseling aspects", and "whether the teaching class is There is a significant difference in the aspect of learning environment for the purchase of age-appropriate textbooks and teaching aids for the addition of three-year-old children.
