本次研究目的主要是針對桃園縣國民小學教師,瞭解他們對於交通安全教育實施的重視程度與教學現場的實施現況。本次研究從對實施交通安全教育重要性、教學現況、對學校行政人員提供協助事項的看法、使用交通安全手冊的經驗等四方面做分析探討,研究目的為:一、瞭解國小教師對於學校行政人員提供協助的認知態度;二、瞭解國小老師對於交通安全重要性的看法;三、瞭解交通安全教育網路化後,教師實際的教學現況;四、瞭解國小教師對於使用交通安全學習手冊的經驗;五、瞭解不同背景變項的教師,在實施交通安全教育的頻率、備課與參加相關研習次數,彼此間的關係。本次研究採用問卷進行調查研究,依據調查結果發現:現今交通安全教育雖未列入正式課程,但教學現場的教師們大致都認同交通安全教育是重要的,但卻不熱衷於參加相關課程的準備,且年齡越長的資深教師意願越低。現今社會酒駕肇事事故頻傳,交通安全教育若能從小紮根,也許能降低意外的發生。希望本次研究結果能提供相關教育主管機關或學校作參考,未來在推動交通安全教育的政策,能訂定出明確的實施規範,讓實際授課的教師都能依計畫確實執行。
This study aims elementary school teachers to understand who care about level of value “Traffic Safety Education” and implementation the “Traffic Safety Education” current condition in Taoyuan Country. This study analyzes the importance of Traffic Safety Education and implementation current condition and administration employee members provide assistance of the views of traffic safety and the using experience of the Traffic Safety manual. The study research objectives are: 1. To understand the administration employee members cognitive attitude to provide assistance of the Traffic Safety Education. 2. To understand elementary school teachers for the views of the importance of Traffic Safety. 3. To understand elementary school teachers current teaching condition after the Traffic Safety Education on Web-based. 4. To understand elementary school teachers using experience of the Traffic Safety Education manual. 5. To understand the relationship between teachers implement of the frequency of Traffic Safety Education, preparation and participation in relevant learning times in different background variables. The study, compiled by the China University of Liu Hua-Hua questionnaire survey, based on survey results: although the current Traffic Safety Education is excluding the official curriculum, almost teachers’ agreement the Traffic Safety Education is important but who aren’t keen to prepare the course and the older teacher’s willingness always lower than younger. Nowadays the accidents cause drunk driving always frequent. We may be able to reduce accidents through the Traffic Safety Education in based education. We hope the study may provide relevant education authorities or schools as a reference and may make clear policy and specification implementation Traffic Safety Education in the future so that teachers may teach indeed perform according to program.
