幼兒教育是現今相當備受重視的一環,在台灣幼教領域的課程中,對品格教育十分重視,然而品格教育並不是單單可以透過口頭就能教會,則須由優良的典範透過模仿與行為表達來傳遞,故在學習環境、工作領域、日常生活中都是可以進行體驗並塑造品格的環境。 本研究探討教保服務人員對幼兒品格自編教材適用性之研究,藉由主題設計品格課程活動、教學討論紀錄、幼兒觀察紀錄、品格相關學習單、訪談記錄、教師省思紀錄、家長回饋資料等為研究工具。本研究之資料採問卷調查方式,歸納出教保服務人員對幼兒品格自編教材適用性之現況結果如下: 一、 教保服務人員應瞭解新課綱的論點,配合相關主題概念,設計適合幼兒的品格教育課程。 二、 教保服務人員須強化多面向的教學策略以利於品格教育課程之進行。 三、 利用品格教育課程,建立幼兒對自我、環境、家庭、學校、同儕彼此間的覺察與 尊重。 四、 幼兒是透過不斷學習的過程,將品格教育內化成自己的外在行為模式。 五、 教保服務人員在進行品格教育的過程中增加自我專業成長,提升課程設計之能力。
Early childhood education is a very important part of today's education. In the curriculum of early childhood education in Taiwan, it attaches great importance to character education. However, character education can not be taught only through verbal, but it must be expressed by good examples through imitation and behavior. Passing, so in the learning environment, work areas, daily life are the environment that can experience and shape character. This study explores the applicability of the education service staff to the self-made textbooks for children's character, through the theme design character curriculum activities, teaching discussion records, child observation records, character-related study sheets, interview records, teacher reflection records, and parental feedback materials. The data of this study were collected by questionnaires, and the results of the applicability of the teaching staff to the textbooks for children's character were summarized as follows: 1. The education and service personnel should understand the arguments of the new curriculum and cooperate with the relevant thematic concepts to design a character education curriculum suitable for young children. 2. Second, the education service personnel must strengthen the multi-oriented teaching strategy to facilitate the conduct of character education courses. 3. Use character education courses to establish children's awareness of themselves, the environment, the family, the school, and their peers respect. 4. Through the process of continuous learning, young children internalize character education into their own external behavior patterns. 5. The education and service personnel will increase their self-professional growth and improve their curriculum design skills in the process of character education.
