對於績效各方面影響之探討長期被各界管理人所重視,但針對群體層次探討績效之研究鮮少,故本研究欲以轉型領導與知識移轉方面對績效所造成之影響進行深入之探討。組織皆期望領導人能促進組織之效能與績效達成,來提升競爭力。由於近期發現領導人之領導風格轉型領導對群體間之互動影響頗深,且關於知識螺旋理論主要探討群體之互動與學習,且認為兩者皆會對績效產生影響力。故本研究主要針對轉型領導與知識移轉對績效之關聯性進行探討,針對國內營利事業團體、政府公部門及大型醫療機構等共110個群體進行數據統計分析,結果發現轉型領導與知識移轉對績效具有正向之影響;知識移轉對績效具有正向之影響而知識移轉不為轉型領導與績效之中介影響。
For the performance of the various impacts study circles have long has be valued by managers, but for the performance of the research group level rarely discussed. This study is trying to use transformational leadership and knowledge transfer aspects of the impact on the performance of the depth of the probe. Organizations are expected to promote the organization's leaders to reach performance and performance to enhance competitiveness. Due to the recent discovery of the leadership style of the leaders of transformational leadership on the deep impact the interaction between groups and screw theory focuses on knowledge about the group interaction and learning, and that both would have impact performance. Therefore, this study focuses on transformational leadership and knowledge transfer performance to explore the relevance, for the domestic profit-seeking enterprise groups, government departments and public institutions such as large medical groups for a total of 110 statistical analysis found that transformational leadership and knowledge transfer has a positive impact on performance; knowledge transfer has a positive impact on performance and knowledge transfer is not transformational leadership and the mediating influence performance.
