如何提升工作效率一直是工作職場上相當重要的議題,在部隊裡也不例外。以往在國軍的體能操練下,軍職人員的體能訓練常被認為是運動,然而勞動不等於運動,因此,有許多軍職人員除了正常的體能訓練外,利用閒暇、休假時間對於自己感興趣的運動來參與,藉由此行為來提升因工作壓力造成工作效率降低的職場狀態,增加個人在工作崗位上的價值。本研究最主要在探討軍職人員之運動參與行為、幸福感與工作效率之關聯性。本研究以桃園八德地區的軍職人員為研究對象進行問卷調查分析,透過330份有效回收問卷(有效回收率85%)進行統計分析後,研究結果發現:1.運動參與行為會顯著正向影響工作效率。2.運動參與行為會顯著正向影響職場幸福感,以及個人幸福感。3.職場幸福感與個人幸福感在運動參與行為對工作效率的影響上,具有完全中介效果。
How to improve working efficiently has always been a very critical issue in the workplace, and so does in the Army. In the past, the physical training for military personnel in the National Armed Force was often regarded as exercise; however, daily work was not equal to exercise. Therefore, in addition to normal physical training, many military personnel participate various exercises that they are interested in during their leisure and vacation time. That helps them to improve the inefficiency that reduced by work pressure and increase personal value in the workplace. Thus, the purpose of this thesis is to study whether military personnel can increase work efficiency and the sense of well-being through sports participation. A questionnaire survey was conducted by military personnel in the Bade area, Taoyuan County that based on "Sports Participation," "Work Efficiency Scale," "Happiness Scale" and "Self- Efficiency Scale" to explore the relationship among the level of sports participation, work efficiency and the sense of well-being.After statistical analysis through 330 effective response questionnaires (effective response rate of 85%), the result of the survey shows: 1.Sports participation behavior will positively improve work efficiency. 2.Sports participation behavior will significantly affect personal well-being and workplace well-being. 3.Workplace well-being and personal well-being produced from the sports participation has a complete impact on work efficiency.
