策略聯盟矛盾關係創新解決之研究-以營造業為例

摘要


近年來隨著市場全球化的趨勢,以及經濟體系開放的時代來臨,企業與全球化競爭者共同競爭,不再僅限於區域性的競爭。面對嚴峻經濟景氣,策略聯盟日趨盛行,藉由企業之間的合作,助於達成企業獨自無法完成的策略目標。但是策略聯盟雖然有助於競爭優勢,但聯盟夥伴之間往往因彼此之間對目標之期望、文化之差異、管理模式之迥異,導致糾紛迭起。 本研究沿用Das and Teng (2000)提出的三組聯盟不穩定因素,文獻中夥伴間之矛盾甚多,但學者將其歸納為競爭與合作、彈性與僵固、短期與長期,納入原本用於解決工程問題的TRIZ(創新問題構思解決法)應用於營造業策略聯盟管理上。 本研究以Mann(2004)的管理參數為思考主軸,整合企業策略聯盟的管理模式,重新修訂提出31個策略聯盟管理參數屬性及40項管理原則的含義。針對在策略聯盟執行常遇到的矛盾,能以更有條理的方式解決問題。這結論顯示,TRIZ(創新問題構思解決法)根據31個TRIZ的聯盟管理參數與40項創新的原則,矛盾矩陣應用在聯盟時,可避免或降低衝突矛盾的發生,能提供快速、有效和創新的解決方案。

In recent years with the trend of globalization of markets, and the coming of era of open economy, enterprises and globalization competitors compete together, no longer limit to the regional competition. Faced with the grim economic boom, strategic alliances achieving strategic goals by means of the cooperation between enterprises are more and more prevalent now. Although the strategic alliances are helpful for the competitive advantage, the expectations of the target, the differences of culture, and the dissimilarity of mode of the managements will cause some disputes between the federative partners. This study follows three instable factors of alliances proposed by Das and Teng (2000). In the literatures, there are many contradictories between partners, but scholars will summarized them as competition and cooperation, flexibility and rigidity, short-term and long-term goals, taking them in to TRIZ (innovative ideas to solve the problems) that solves the problems of engineering originally, and applying to the managements of the strategic alliances of the constructional industry. In this study, Mann (2004) management parameters are the spindles for thinking about. They integrate the business administrative modes of the strategic alliance, and revise 31 properties of the management parameters of the strategic alliance and 40 meanings of the management principles. The problems can be solved by the more methodical ways when strategic alliances confront the common contradictions. The conclusion shows that TRIZ (innovative ideas to solve the problems) can avoid or reduce the happening of the conflicts and the contradictions, and be able to offer the fast, effective and innovative solutions when the contradictions matrix used in the alliance according to 31 TRIZ of the management parameters of the alliance and 40 principles of the innovations.
