因近年來金融環境劇變,消費型態改變使得金融從業人員必須扮演多種角色,推銷數種業務,造成金融從業人員感受到很大的工作壓力,而這些工作壓力將影響到員工的工作績效,若工作環境中可以提供主管的支持將會影響工作壓力與工作績效的關係。本研究目的在希望能了解目前金融從業人員,所受到的工作壓力是否明顯影響其工作績效。同時,也探討主管支持對工作壓力與工作績效之間的干擾影響,將有助於了解三者間的關聯性,藉由本研究結果,進而提出適切的建議,提供組織管理的參考。 本研究採用問卷調查法,一共發出250份,回收240份,回收率約96%,有效樣本之回收份數為223份,利用SPSS統計軟體,進行敘述性統計分析、相關分析、迴歸分析來驗證本研究的假設。 本研究的結果顯示: 一、 工作壓力對工作績效具有負向影響效果。 二、 主管支持對工作壓力與工作績效具有干擾效果。
This research is to explore the relationship between job stress and job performance of bank employees. This study also tests the moderating role of supervisory support between these two factors. A methodology of questionnaire survey was conducted. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 240 of them were returned. The results show that bank employees' job stress has significantly negative influence on job performance. On the other hand, supervisory support moderates the relationship between job stress and job performance. Based on the above findings, several strategies associated with bank employees' job stress and supervisory support are suggested for improving their job performance.
