本論文係以一智慧型門口主機做為研究標的。隨著生活愈來愈便利與數位化,現今的人們購屋不再只是考慮地點或價格而已,對於大樓內部的設備更是講究,因此我們得知智慧型大樓是一門重要的議題。一般社區大樓內的弱電設備包含了監視、門禁、防盜、對講、電信、電視、網路等等…但傳統型門口主機在系統建置上,往往是使用自訂的線路規範,品質的良莠令人堪慮。有鑑於此我們提出將既有線路善加運用,設計出以電信和網路為基礎通訊的智慧型門口主機。 隨著網路電話(VoIP)的時代到來,我們得知網路電話有節省話費的好處,但卻有技術問題尚需克服,例如通話品質、操作習慣、互通性和穿透防火牆等等…因此公眾電信網路(PSTN)有保留的必要以利不時之需。故本論文的研究重點在於如何運用VoIP和PSTN做為通訊媒介,設計出一門口主機來達成雙網通訊的機制。另在門口主機內部也置入無線射頻辨識模組(RFID),搭配社區的管理政策提升居家安全。
This research paper is mainly about the research of an Intelligent Intercom Access Control System. As the life become even more convenient, the pricing and location no longer be the only issues to be considered while purchasing a house, but the facilities of the building are more concerned by a buyer. This condition indicates Intelligent Building has become an important topic nowadays. The low voltage system in a building included security monitoring system, access control system, alarm system, intercom system, telecom system, internet system and so on. The conventional Intercom Access Control System normally constructed by respective company with their own standard. It will lead to the quality of cabling become an uncertainty issue. Therefore, in order to fully utilize the approved cabling system in a building, we propose and design Intercom Access Control System integrated with PSTN & Internet. With the approaching of the era of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), we realize that Internet Phone has the advantage of cost saving. However, there are some technical problems need to be overcome, for instance, the Quality of Service (QoS), the operation habits, the interoperability and penetration of firewall, etc.. As a result, conventional Public Switched Telephone Network should be retained. This research is mainly about how to use VoIP and PSTN as telecommunication media to design a dual-network Intercom Access Control System which works under PSTN network as well as VoIP network. In addition to that, RFID module is attached in the Intercom Access Control System in order to achieve the door access control and increase the security level in a residential community.
