自從電腦以及網路被發明後,更造就了爆炸資訊的時代來臨,尤其任何資訊皆可透過網路隨手可得,各種資訊被需要者(可能個人或是團體組織)吸收,形成有用的知識,甚至無形的知識轉變成有形的價值與實體資產,真正進入到知識經濟的時代,亦造就重視知識管理的趨勢。知識管理並非是全新的概念,一般知識的理論大多將其區分為內隱知識與外顯知識,要進行實用化則需透過構建知識地圖、知識庫及知識社群,才能形成完整的知識管理範疇。本研究提出保修知識地圖的發展概念與模式,期發揮知識管理的真正效益,創造永續發展。 本研究主在探討國軍通用裝備保修單位導入知識地圖系統之關鍵成功因素,依據國內外專家學者的理論基礎及相關論文著作,結合單位特性及專家訪談,彙整建構20題問項,並據以作為問卷設計之主要內容,運用SPSS統計應用實務12.0版分析軟體,經由因素分析萃取出四項關鍵成功因素,復經命名依序為:1) 整合系統科技與建構網路作業分享平台2) 建置智庫資料與確立準確可靠資訊來源3) 建立專案審查與推動專案經理管理制度4) 建構技術交流與建立明確階段推動目標。藉以提供國軍建構後勤知識地圖系統之可行的建議,達事半功倍之功效,增加建構後勤知識地圖系統的成功機率。
Since the computers and the network is invented, it has made the information burst age, in particular, any information that is absorbed by persons or organizations what they needed is available through the network available, and form useful knowledge ,event tangible value or solid asset. It is that the knowledge economy is coming. Knowledge management (KM) is not a new concept, in fact, it means data collection, storage, arrange, analysis, output, and so on. Generally speaking, knowledge is divided into tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and we will need to be applied through building the knowledge map, knowledge base, and knowledge community to form the complete knowledge management areas. When the organization develop knowledge management, we can establish the most available, high accuracy of knowledge map. Through developing the concept and model of kmowledge mao of maintenance and repair, we hope to create the the real proformance and development forever. According to the domestic and international experts and scholars’ the theoretical foundation and related works on paper, this studied key successful factors that armed forces’ general equipment maintenance and repair units lead in knowledge map. We combined with the units’ property and interviews with experts to collect the 20 items that make the main content of the questionnaire design. By the SPSS 12.0 edited analysis software, We extracted four key successful factors: 1)To consolidate information technology and construct the network share platform; 2) To build-up knowledge data base and make sure reliable information source;3) To inspect project and program manager system; 4) technology exchange and to establish clear stage to promote the objectives. We suggest that the Armed Forces should establish the logistic kmowledge map to gain expecting proformance.
