因應環境變遷,科技產業將成主流,本研究以個案T科技公司員工為研究對象。探討個人的人格特質分析,解釋員工在工作上的變異,以了解員工個人因素之人格特質對工作績效的影響,期研究結果,有助於企業之經營與管理。 本研究在人格特質上採用五大人格量表(親和性、勤勉正直性、外向性、情緒敏感性、開放學習性),工作績效以效能、效率與品質來衡量,並以個案T科技公司員工為研究對象,利用分發問卷表的方式讓員工進行自我評量,問卷結構分為人格特質與工作績效及人口統計變項資料。有效回收163份問卷,透過SPSS for Windows 12統計套裝軟體進行分析,並對問卷的衡量資料進行檢定。針對T科技公司,依職務分類,探討員工人格特質與工作績效之關係,實證結果:主管人員、行政(幕僚) 人員、作業(技術)人員之人格特質皆與工作績效有顯著相關。

In this study, personality traits using Big Five personality inventory (Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Neuroticism, Openness to Experience), performance to performance, efficiency and quality to measure, and in the case T Technologies employees study, using questionnaires distributed the way the staff to conduct self-assessment, questionnaire structure is divided into personality traits and job performance and demographic variables for the data.
