員工人格特質與工作績效之研究-以T科技公司為例

Staff Personality Traits and Job Prformance - A Case Study of T Technology Companies

摘要

因應環境變遷，科技產業將成主流，本研究以個案T科技公司員工為研究對象。探討個人的人格特質分析，解釋員工在工作上的變異，以了解員工個人因素之人格特質對工作績效的影響，期研究結果，有助於企業之經營與管理。
本研究在人格特質上採用五大人格量表(親和性、勤勉正直性、外向性、情緒敏感性、開放學習性)，工作績效以效能、效率與品質來衡量，並以個案T科技公司員工為研究對象，利用分發問卷表的方式讓員工進行自我評量，問卷結構分為人格特質與工作績效及人口統計變項資料。有效回收163份問卷，透過SPSS for Windows 12統計套裝軟體進行分析，並對問卷的衡量資料進行檢定。針對T科技公司，依職務分類，探討員工人格特質與工作績效之關係，實證結果：主管人員、行政(幕僚) 人員、作業(技術)人員之人格特質皆與工作績效有顯著相關。

Response to environmental changes, will become the mainstream technology industry, this study case T technology employees in this study. Analysis of personality and to explain variations in staff work to understand the individual employee personality factors impact on job performance, period of study will help enterprises operation and management. In this study, personality traits using Big Five personality inventory (Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Neuroticism, Openness to Experience), performance to performance, efficiency and quality to measure, and in the case T Technologies employees study, using questionnaires distributed the way the staff to conduct self-assessment, questionnaire structure is divided into personality traits and job performance and demographic variables for the data. Effective recovery of 163 questionnaires were distributed by SPSS for Windows 12 statistical software to analyze data and tests to measure the questionnaire. T technology for the company, according to job classification of employee personality traits and job performance relationship.
