探究新移民和非新移民子女在國小階段學業成績之差異~以桃園市某國小為例

摘要


隨著時代巨輪的轉動,人口的移動日漸頻繁,台灣在這股潮流中,許多的新移民因婚姻移居來台,所生的新移民子女是國家未來重要的棟樑之一,又學童在學階段的學業成績往往被拿來預測其未來的發展性,可是以往許多相關研究結果都顯示新移民子女的學習表現偏弱,而目前實際情形為何?是身為第一線教師須了解的。 本研究旨在探討國小階段的新移民子女及非新移民子女的學業成績表現之差異分析。研究中以102學年度就讀桃園市楊梅區某國小一到五年級共1063位學童為樣本,藉由文獻探討、蒐集相關資料及問卷調查等方式,運用SPSS 17.0統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析。 本研究發現新移民子女和非新移民子女在不同年段的學業成績表現,非全部科目因就讀年級不同而呈現顯著差異。其次,父母親的國籍因素與學童的學業成績表現,只有母親的國籍與學童學業成績表現有呈現顯著性差異。再者,女生在每一個學習領域的平均分數都比男生好,但也僅有國語文領域和社會領域有達到顯著差異而已。最後,不同課後安置方式與學童的學業成績表現,亦未達到顯著性差異。

With the rotating wheel of the times, the mobile population increasingly frequent, Taiwan in this trend, many of the new immigrants moved to Taiwan because of marriage, new immigrant children born is one of the important pillars of the country's future, and children in school stage academic performance is often used to predict the future development of, but the results of many previous studies have shown the children of new immigrants to learn the weak performance, and why the current actual situation? Who is a first-line teachers should know. This research was designed to investigate the academic performance differences between the children of new inhabitant and the children of non- new inhabitant in the elementary ages. In the research, we choose literature review and questionnaires survey to gather relevant information. And then we got descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, ANOVA analysis with SPSS 17.0 statistical software. In this research, we discover that the children of new inhabitant and the children of non- inhabitant don’t have different segments of the performance in academics , actually not all due to attend different grades. Secondly, the academic performance of the nationality of the parents and students of factors, just the mother’s nationality and academic performance of students have presented a significant difference. Furthermore, the average scores of girls in most subjects are better than the boys, but just Chinese and Social studies have reached to significant difference. Finally, the different after-school children’s academic achievement and resettlement performance don’t reach to achieve significant difference, too.
