文化創意產業微型創業模式-以素手浣花為例

摘要


科技化與全球競爭化的影響下,全球新經濟型態已轉變為以創新為主之知識經濟型態。處在知識經濟時代,如何利用有限資源,創造最大的使效率與價值,成為各國積極思考的產業策略模式。文化創意產業是新經濟的主流典範,根據行政院提出的六大新興產業計畫中,文化創意產業更是行銷台灣和增加其附加價值的重點計劃,台灣文化創意產業的規模,大多數以獨資或數人合夥的中小型企業為主。本研究架構以Timmons 模式為主軸配合價值鏈分析,以台灣著名零食連鎖店「素手浣花」為例探討文化創意產業微型創業模式。本研究以機會、資源、團隊做為主要的研究構面配合價值鏈分析,並針對未來青年創業者給予建議。本研究的發現有:創業機會部份,創業家的創業動機往往和創業者欲尋求個人內在的滿足有關,拉動創業者創業神經,使創業者走向創業之路之因素;創業家與創業團隊部份:創業者在創業初期需具備多元化能力以維持經營;未來願景部份:創業者具備積極進取的心態、過於常人的判斷力與執行力。

Under the influence of science and technology and global competition, the new global economic patterns have been transformed into a knowledge-based economy based on innovation patterns. In the era of knowledge economy today, how to use the limited resources to create an effective industry is the strategic focus of a country nowadays. Cultural and creative industries is the dominant paradigm of the new economy, according to the plan of the Executive Yuan proposed the six emerging industries, the cultural and creative industries marketing in Taiwan and increase its value-added program, the size of the cultural and creative industries in Taiwan, most of wholly-owned or the number of partnership dominated by SMEs. The research framework employs Timmons mode for the spindle with value chain analysis. Taiwan's famous snacks chain, Huanhua micro-business, as an example to explore the cultural and creative industries. In this study, the opportunities, resources, and the team as the main research dimensions with value chain analysis, and to give advice for young entrepreneurs in the future. The findings of this study are: part of the entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial motivations of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs seeking personal satisfaction, stimulating entrepreneurs to venture nerve, the entrepreneur to the entrepreneurial path factors; entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial team, the Ministry of : in the early entrepreneurs need to have diversified ability to maintain their operations; vision of the future part: entrepreneurs have a positive and aggressive attitude, too ordinary judgment and execution.
