不當督導和團隊情感氛圍對信任與創新之影響

摘要


摘  要 社會經濟環境日新月異,科技的進步一日千里,然而在團隊中,團隊氛圍扮演著團隊成功運作與否的重要角色。本研究將針對不當督導、正向情感與團隊信任與創新間的關係進行探討。本研究以台灣中小學行政單位為實證對象,最後共回收82份有效團隊問卷。實證結果顯示:(1)主管不當監督對對信任有顯著負向影響。(2)正向團隊情感氛圍對團隊信任有顯著正向影響。(2)正向團隊情感氛圍對團隊創新有顯著正向影響。研究顯示:團隊氛圍中的正向情感氛圍,有利於團隊中人與人之間的信任。正向情感氛圍亦能強化團隊的創新能力,促使團隊創造更佳的績效。此外,主管的不當督導,將降低團隊中人與人之間的信任。 關鍵詞:團隊氛圍、不當督導、信任、創新。

Abstract The social, economic environment and technology are constantly changing. Leadership and team climate play significant roles for team performance and successful operations. This study will focus on relationships among the abusive supervision, positive group affective tone trust and innovation of a team. In addition, according to 82 usable questionnaires which mainly concentrate on administrative units of secondary schools in Taiwan, the empirical results show that:(1) abusive supervision has a negative impact on trust.(2) Positive group affective tone has a positive influence on team confidence.(3) Positive group affective tone has a positive impact for a team to be innovative. This study shows that a positive group affective tone will be conducive and advantageous in the mutual trust between members in a team. Moreover, positive group affective tone would strengthen the team's creativity ability. Additionally, the director of abusive supervision will reduce interpersonal trust, in a team.
