摘要

本研究旨在探討產業結構、社區發展與火災損失之關係，俾利政府官員釐定消防預防與搶救政策之參考，實證時採用1998-2018年各縣市所提供之統計資料，檢驗各縣市產業結構、社區發展與火災損失的關係。研究結果發現產業結構與火災損失呈負向關係，而社區發展與火災損失則成部分正向關係。

This study aims to explore the relationship between industrial structure, community development and fire facilities. This study adopts 1998-2018 panel data construct to the regression model test causal relationship between industrial structure, community development and fire facilities. The results of this study show that there is a negative relationship with fire losses, while community development and fire losses have a partial positive relationship.
