摘要

本研究旨在探討社區發展、財政狀況與消防配置之關係，俾利政府官員釐定消防配置政策之參考，實證時採用1998-2016年各縣市所提供之統計資料，檢驗各縣市社區發展、財政狀況與消防配置的關係。研究結果發現社區發展與消防配置呈正向關係。此外，一個城市的財務愈寬鬆，則愈會投資消防設施。

This paper aims to explore the relationship between community development, financial situation and fire facilities. This paper adopts 1998-2016 panel data construct the regression model test causal relationship between community development, financial situation and fire facilities. The results of this paper show that there is a positive relationship between community development, financial situation. In addition, a city has more financial slack, will more invest in fire facilities.
