國民小學教師擬提前退休原因-以桃園市某國小為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討現今國民小學教師擬提前退休的原因,期能從研究的過程及結果中,更深入瞭解目前國民小學教師對於提前退休的看法,以及如何面對工作倦怠。並根據研究結果提出若干建議,以供相關單位之參考。 本研究採質性訪談來進行研究,採立意抽樣的方式選取桃園市某國小11位任教14年以上年資的教師做較深入的探討。 本研究的主要發現如下: 一、經濟面:有4位教師表示,當退休金與在職薪資兩者之差距超過七成時,會改變提前退休之決定;同時也有4位則表示當符合申請規定時就會申請退休。 二、健康面:身體健康狀況對教師提前退休具有決定性之影響。 三、生涯面:不管有無為退休生活提前準備,一旦家中有人需要照顧時,11位受訪者中 有8位均表示會提前退休。 四、社會支持面:一般普遍認為教改政策會影響教師提前退休決定之觀點,在本次受訪 者中似未有明顯發現。 五、教學工作倦怠:11位受訪者中有10位受訪者認為家長的無理要求或不配合學校,導致產生教學倦怠感。

The major purpose of the research focuses on exploring the reasons of early retirement of the preliminary school teachers. From the research process and the final findings, it is expected to know further about their opinions and thoughts of early retirement and work frustration. Hereafter, to deliver some possible recommendations according to the research findings for the reference of the authorities related. The research methodology is qualitative interview. For further development, all the eleven interviewees are chosen by using purposive sampling from one elementary school in Taoyuan city with more than fourteen-year experience. 1.Economic facet: four of the interviewees think when the difference between the paymentof retirement and on-jobs is more than seventy percent, they will change their early retirement decisions. Meanwhile, there are another four ones express that they will retire once meeting the retirement qualification. 2.Health facet: health factors have determined affection on early retirement. 3.Career facet: eight ones will retire early once some of the families need their care, no matter whether they have prepared well for the early retirement or not. 4.Social support facet: within the research, there is no evidence to prove the general thought that the educational policy may have some affection on early retirement. 5.Educational job frustration: ten interviewee agrees that they feel frustration if students’ parents reject to get along with the education requirements or if they have any unreasonable requirements.
