就業課程對領取就業保險失業給付人員之影響

摘要


本研究以公立就業服務機構,針對失業給付請領者及待轉職者,透過一案到底就業服務模式提供就業促進研習課程,了解研習課程現況及滿意度相關因素,根據研究結果,作出具體之結論及建言,以作為辦理就業促進研習課程方向之參考。本研究採用調查研究法,透過文獻探討與問卷調查方式達成。直接發問卷於公立就業中心共9820份,實際回收樣本8969份,有效樣本8741份,回收率91.33%,有效回收率97.46%,蒐集所得資料經統計分析,獲致以下主要結論: 一、就業促進研習課程滿意度各構面為課程內容、講師表現、個人學習效益等三項構面,各構面的施測結果均在水準之上,皆達滿意程度。而構面中表現最滿意的是講師表現構面。 二、影響就業促進研習課程滿意度之因素為個人背景、課程類型及課程系列等三項變項。在個人背景變項中,「身份」具有部份顯著;課程類型及課程系列變項中,滿意度都皆具有顯著差異。 三、課程類型以「職場參訪」、課程系列以「提昇職場成功關鍵力」整體滿意度表現最優。 最後,本研究根據研究發現、結論提出建議,以期對於實施就業促進研習課程有所幫助。

This study adopts the public employment service agencies that provide unemployment promotion study courses for unemployment benefit recipients and transferees through a case-by-case employment service model, which casts light on the current status of the courses and satisfaction-related factors. The specific conclusions and suggestions are based on the results of the study as a reference for the direction of employment promotion courses. This research adopts survey research method, which is achieved through literature research and questionnaire survey. A total of 9820 copies of the questionnaire were went directly to public employment centers. The actual number of samples recovered was 8969 and the number of valid samples was 8741. The recovery rate was 91.33%, and the effective recovery rate was 97.46%. After statistical analysis, the collected data obtained the following main conclusions: 1.The satisfaction of the employment promotion study courses has got three aspects, which are the course content, the performance of the lecturer, and the individual learning effectiveness. The test result of all are above the standard of the satisfaction. The most satisfactory performance of all is the lecturer’s performance. 2. The factors that affect the satisfaction of employment promotion study courses are three variables: personal background, course type and course series. Among the personal background variables, "identity" is partially significant; in the course types and course series variables, there are significant differences in satisfaction. 3. The overall satisfaction of the course type is "workplace visit", and the course series is "key to enhance the success of the workplace". Finally, this study puts forward suggestions based on the research and conclusions, with a view to helping implement the employment promotion study course.
