In this study, the SMARTFIRE software was used to simulate the fire situation in the local Healthy Care Centre, according to the existing building interior compartment, door and window configuration and existing fire safety facilities. Exploring the smoke field and heat flow in the fire field, and comparing the impact of the evacuation and emergency rescu by the Care staffs, and calculating and assessing the time required for safe evacuation. A further analyze and evaluate the operating efficiency of fire safety facilities in each fire duration. This study found that in conjunction with the existing building elevator room and set up the air inlet tunnels, it can effectively eliminate the smoke and heat flow of the fire field in each floor. According to the research results, the fire fight facilities improvement plan of the institution site is proposed to ensure the safety of the operation of the institution site.
