消防設施排煙設備之個案探討

摘要


本研究針對建築物規劃裝設消防設施排煙設備之個案進行檢討,除依據建物周遭情況、建築物牆面開窗條件、業主預算額度及內政部消防署頒布之各類場所消防安全設備設置標準之規定完成規劃設計之外,並於現場竣工查驗後檢視建築物環境風場狀況,評估該建物排煙口設置之效能。經實際觀測後發現該排煙口雖然符合法規設計標準及預估建造成本,但僅為單側方向開口,無法配合現地風場風向有效發揮對流效應,達不到預期規劃的目標。因此本研究提出改善方案,建議建物消防設施排煙設備於規劃設計階段即應考量現地環境與氣象條件,配合採用風場數值模擬分析軟體檢核法規基準設計結果之有效性,以達成規劃與使用一致性目標。

This study firstly review the installation planning of fire safety facilities and fume Exhaust equipment construction, additionally to evaluate the exhaust equipment performance and influence factors with building around environment, outside wall opening area and equipment construction cost. The practical observations show that the exhaust port design with regulatory standards and acceptable construction costs, but due to only one side opening direction of the wall, product the low efficiency of wind convection effect, can not to achieving the design goals of the original planning. This study proposes improved programing to recommend constructional fire protection and fume Exhaust equipment installation on design stage which should consider the environment and weather conditions by the use of numerical simulation of the wind field analysis to complete consistent design goals.
