本研究旨在探討桃園市東興國中體育班實施現況與發展困境,並具體提出解決問題的方法,以提供東興國中體育班未來執行之策略。本研究方法採用質性研究的文獻分析法與深度訪談法。研究對象為桃園市東興國中體育班之相關行政人員、導師、教師、教練、家長後援會家長及學生等。研究結果如下:一、設班現況分為六個面向:(一)行政運作;(二)教練及師資;(三)經費來源;(四)學生來源;(五)訓練情形;(六)學生課業輔導。二、發展困境包括:(一)教練人力不足;(二)學生招收不易;(三)經費不足;(四)課業輔導績效不彰。三、發展策略為:(一)爭取專任運動教練;(二)建立銜接訓練制度,穩定招生來源;(三)爭取教育主管機關經費及招募地方資源;(四)提升學生學習成效。結論與建議:培養專職人力資源、結合社會資源及建構完整學生輔導制度為東興國中體育班優先辦理的事項。
The main purpose of the study is to know the situation of the athletic classes in Dong-Sing Junior High School and the difficulties they face when they want to get further development. The thesis was progressed with literature review and In-depth interview. The staffs, tutors, coaches, parents, and students were interviewed. The findings are as follows: 1.the current situation of class setting is divided into six aspects. administrative operation; coaches and teachers; funding sources; student sources; training situation; students' lesson guidance. 2. the development difficulties include. lack of coach manpower; students' recruitment is not easy; insufficient funds; the performance of class guidance is not good. 3. development strategies are as follows. strive for full-time sports coaches; establish linkage training system to stabilize enrollment sources; strive for education authorities' funds and recruitment of local resources; improve student learning effectiveness. Conclusions and suggestions: the training of full-time human resources, social resources and the construction of a complete student guidance system are the priorities for the sports class in Dongxing.
