近年來由於社會環境改變、小家庭普及、婦女外出就業,小學階段的孩子,在校時間較短,放學後許多學童家長送子女參加補習班。家長為子女安排種種課程時, 其選擇課後補習班所考量的因素為何? 本研究主要在探討國小學童家長選擇課後補習班的評選指標。首先整合相關文獻和國小課後補習班之經營者、管理者以及課後補習班老師之意見,建立國小課後補習班評選指標因素之分析層級架構,並製作問卷,再利用AHP分析法將國小學童家長選擇課後補習班之決策評選問題予以系統化的處理,希望提升決策的準確性和合理性。本研究結果顯示國小課後補習班評選指標決策之首要因素是:老師有熱忱及愛心;其次為教學成效及安全設施等因素。並據此完成了「國小課後補習班評選指標決策之因素整體權重優先排序」,可供國小課後補習班經營決策之參考依據,實為本研究之主要目的。
Due to the societal changes in recent years, the nuclear family has become the mainstream. With more and more working mothers and shorter elementary school hours, parents need to find after-school learning centers for their children. What are the factors parents consider when they arrange these kinds of programs for their children? This purpose of this research is to study the evaluation and selection indexes of parents in Taoyuan city. Relative documents and opinions from owners, managers, and teachers of the learning centers are integrated to establish the structure of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is used in analyzing index factors and to create questionnaires. Applying with AHP and systematic processing these questionnaires, ultimately enhances the accuracy and reasonableness of decision making. The results of this study show that the first consideration of parents to be the teacher's passion for teaching and caring, followed by teaching efficiency, and safety facilities. The index factors of evaluation and selection of elementary after-school learning center are completed based on the research results. It offers the guidance for parents and owners of learning centers to fulfill their needs and it is the goal of this study.
