在幼教領域工作中發現,每當學期開始時,皆是教保服務人員最頭痛、辛苦的時候,除了安排舊生的收心操,接著即要面對新生適應新環境、新生活的狀況。幼兒園的環境和作息,對於初次上幼兒園的孩子而言,幼兒園是個極陌生的環境,加上需要面臨和家人或親人分離的場面,因此會產生恐懼心理和種種不適應,對幼兒來說都是新的挑戰,因此教保服務人員應如何做好準備來緩解幼兒緊張的情緒,將幼兒的依附關係及安全感逐漸由主要照顧者轉移至教保服務人員身上,幫助幼兒克服上學的分離焦慮以及給予幼兒家長正向的處理方式,這些都是大人和孩子需要克服的艱辛歷程,也是教保服務人員行為改變策略及輔導的重點。本研究採用質性個案研究法,自編問卷,藉由研究者的親身經驗及蒐集之相關文獻,並探討教保服務人員處理幼兒分離焦慮之策略,研究者綜合上述,從依附關係與教養信念對分離焦慮之現況與影響、探討教保服務人員如何轉移幼兒分離焦慮感的方式,提供幼兒園教保服務人員參考之。 關鍵字:教保服務人員、幼兒、分離焦慮
Working in the field of early childhood education for nearly two decades, the most disturbing moment for all teachers will always be whenever the school is starting. Teachers not only have to get the former students into work mode, but also have to help new students adapt to their new life. Therefore, how to help these students overcome separation anxiety is a key point of action adjustment and counseling for them. The study was done by qualitative approach, using questionnaire, self-experience and research study to explore the strategies they will take to handle early children’s separation anxiety. The final conclusions were made according to the investigations and the results and suggestions can be taken as reference to the early childhood educator and future researchers.
