人力資源發展是晚近十餘年快速崛起的管理學門主流,智慧資本則為其核心之所在,甚受重視。由於教師居於教與學過程的關鍵地位,而教學產出則是教學活動結果之中,合乎教學目的的部分,以及教師在教學過程中的收益,亦直接影響教育品質之良窳。鑑於針對技專院校教師智慧資本與教學產出關聯性的實證研究很少。因此,本研究目的有二:(1) 探討技專院校教師智慧資本及教學產出的適當指標;(2) 探討智慧資本中的人力資本、結構資本及關係資本與教學產出之教學與研究及服務與輔導的關聯性。本研究以桃竹苗區之技專院校的教師為研究對象,以問卷調查的方式,共發出700份問卷而回收之有效問卷計有581份,有效問卷回收率高達83%。研究結果發現:就整體而言,技專院校教師智慧資本對教學產出具有顯著的正向關係;在構面部份,人力資本與關係資本對教學產出之教學與研究及服務與輔導皆呈顯著正向關係;而結構資本對教學產出則只有服務與輔導顯示顯著正向關係,教學與研究則無顯著正向關係。
Human resource development has become one of the prominent branches in the discip- line of management in the past ten years, and intellectual capital is the most important and attracts most attention. Teachers, standing in the critical turning point of teaching and learning, will determine whether the quality of education is superior or inferior. In light of exploring the connections between intellectual capital and teaching output of teachers in institutes of technology is seldom. Therefore, the purpose of this study includes exploring proper index of teacher’s intellectual capital and teaching output in institutes of technology and exploring human capital, structural capital and relational capital in intellectual capital, how link with teaching and research, service and student consulting in teaching output. This study conducted survey on the “teachers” of institutes of technology in Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli. Of the 700 questionnaires distributed, 581 effective ones were returned, providing an overall response rate of 83%. The findings of this study indicated that overall teacher’s intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on teaching output. In terms of dimentions, human capital and relational capital has a significant positive effect on “teaching and research” and “service and consulting”; structural capital only has a significant positive effect on “serivice and consulting”, but has no significant positive effect on “teaching and research”.
