獨立型及市電併聯型太陽光電發電系統之模擬與分析

摘要


本論文使用PSIM套裝模擬軟體,針對獨立型及市電併聯型太陽光電發電系統作各種不同測試條件下的模擬,並以太陽光電設置乙級術科檢定考場之獨立型系統與市電併聯型系統作為整體架構的參考,再由考場系統的實際量測值與模擬值進行比較。 本文在實作的部分,由可程式直流電源模擬器所模擬的太陽能模組電源提供給直流降壓截波電路,並且透過直流偵測電路,將所偵測到的值回傳至數位信號處理器中進行判斷,透過程式計算出太陽能模組的組列輸出功率,再搭配數位信號處理器中所設定的最大功率追蹤控制,對直流降壓截波電路的功率電晶體工作週期進行調整,以達到測試條件下的最大功率輸出。 本研究首先透過模擬以瞭解整體太陽光電發電系統的運作模式,變流器內部電路的動作原理及最大功率追蹤控制,透過實作以了解電路的設計、製作、軟體程式的撰寫、修改,最後將實際量測的數據再與模擬所得到的結果進行分析與比較,以驗證理論與分析之正確性。

This thesis uses the PSIM software to simulate and analyze the photovoltaic power generation system for stand-alone system and grid-connected system under various test conditions, and uses the stand-alone system and the grid-connected system of the photovoltaic installation class B technical examination test site for the reference of the overall structure, the actual measurement value of the examination room laboratory system is compared with the simulated results. In the implementation part of this thesis, the solar module array simulated by the programmable DC power simulator is provided to the DC step-down chopping circuit, and the detected value is returned to the digital signal processing through the DC detection circuit The output power of the solar module can be calculated through the program judgment in the device, and then combined the maximum power point tracking control set in the digital signal processor to adjust the duty cycle of the power transistor of the DC step-down chopping circuit , In order to achieve the maximum power output of the test conditions. This research firstly understands the operation mode of the overall photovoltaic power generation system through simulation, the operation principle of the internal circuit of the inverter and the maximum power point tracking control, through the implementation to understand the circuit design, production, software program writing, modification. Finally through the actual measured data is then analyzed and compared with the results obtained by simulation to verify the correctness of the theory and analysis.
