具不可停電力需求太陽光電發電系統之模擬與分析

摘要


本論文利用HOMER套裝軟體針對嘉義某加油站及新港某發電站均已架設太陽光電發電市電併聯型系統之案場,進行太陽光電發電系統模擬與實例分析,其裝置容量分別為加油站33.6kWp及新港發電站384.4kWp。探討太陽光電發電系統併入電網,於不可停電力需求下,模擬系統產生各種能源配置之淨現值成本(NPC)、每度電用電成本(COE)之變化,並分析最佳配置情形。 本文以實際案場監測數據及用電情形,採用HOMER套裝軟體建置太陽光電發電系統之模型,假設在不可停電力需求條件下,模擬市電停電期間維持用電需求須裝置若干容量蓄電池,藉以瞭解系統最佳配置之淨現值成本、每度電用電成本及系統建置成本回收年限,俾供太陽光電發電系統於不可停電力需求下最佳配置與設計決策之參考。

In this paper, the HOMER software package is used to simulate and analyze the case of a photovoltaic generation grid-connected system in a gas station in Chiayi and a power station in Xingang. The installed capacity of the station is 33.6kWp for gas station and 384.4kWp for Xingang power station. To explore the integration of photovoltaic generation system into the grid and to simulate the changes of the net present value cost (NPC) and the cost per unit of electricity (COE) of various energy configurations under the uninterruptible power demand and to analyze the optimal allocation situation. In this paper, based on the data of the actual field monitoring and the situation of electricity use, the HOMER software package is used to build the model of the photovoltaic generation system. Assume that under the condition of uninterruptible power demand, simulating the power demand during the power outage shall install several capacity batteries. In order to understand the system optimal allocation of net present value costs, cost per unit of electricity and system set-up costs of the recovery period. In order to provide the best configuration and design decision of photovoltaic generation system under uninterruptible power demand.
