金屬帷幕綠建築牆體構造應用於既有建物防火排煙及結構補強

摘要


本研究針對當前老舊建築物外牆維修及拉皮美化工程之需要,防止磁磚黏貼掉落之災害為目標,提出一種具有結構補強、防火排煙及避難逃生三種功能於一身之綠建築金屬帷幕牆體構造。本研究採用建築資訊模型軟體(TEKLA)進行初步功能性設計與數值模型建置,基本功能包括(1)具有梁柱結構耐震補強性能,(2)防止火災垂直向延燒性能,(3)導流排煙性能。整體構造之結構構件採用SAP2000軟體進行力學分析與強度檢核。最後採用SMARTFIRE軟體進行排煙導流模擬分析。研究結果顯示,針對暨有建物之結構體耐震檢討分析及採用框架補強設計並配合防火隔板與排煙管道設置,可以達到有效改善樓層延燒及排煙導熱之功能。研究結果可提供各縣市政府辦理都市防災、更新及老舊社區建物補強規劃之參考。

In this study, the exist buildings facade and lift maintenance landscaping project needs the tile adhesive to prevent the falling of the disaster. As the goal, we present a structural reinforcement, fire and smoke escape evacuation of the three functions in a green metal building curtain wall construction. In this study, the building information modeling software (TEKLA) preliminary functional design and build the numerical model, the basic functions include: (1) beam-column joints of structure seismic reinforcing properties,(2) preventing vertical spread of fire performance, (3) diversion exhaust performance. The overall configuration of the structural members and nuclear strength will been checked by the mechanical analysis software SAP2000 . Finally, from SMARTFIRE software simulation analysis of flue gas diversion, we got the approaches modeling solution. The results show that the efficiency of structural seismic analysis combined review of the construction was reinforced frame design, use with fire partitions and smoke exhaust pipes set up to improve the thermal conductivity of the floor spread and smoke function. The results can provide county and city governments to handle urban disaster prevention, update and reference the old community was built in the reinforcement plan.
