近年來,因為中國大陸的勞動力缺乏與勞動成本的提高,中國大陸台商成衣企業再度面臨生存競爭的考驗。台灣的成衣業者勢必要有所因應,因此,欲探討在中國大陸台商成衣企業者如何轉型或調整,為本文的研究背景。蘇州A公司是中國大陸台商成衣企業的成功個案之一,因而欲探討該公司面對此勞動成本變化下的因應對策為何,為本文的研究動機所在。 研究發現,勞動薪資、勞動供給和產品競爭力皆與蘇州A公司的經營績效呈現正相關。經營績效與產品競爭力的值為0.298,呈現中度相關性。經營績效與勞動供給為0.286,呈現中度相關性。經營績效與勞動薪資0.135,呈現低度相關性。所以,要改良經營績效應先強化產品競爭力,再改善勞動薪資與勞動供給的問題。需要補強的弱項,包括調整內容以符合消費者需求、持續的研發與特色等。 關鍵字:勞動薪資、勞動供給、產品競爭力、經營績效
In recent years, because of labor lack and costs increases in China. Chinese mainland of Taiwanese garment enterprises faced a test of competition again. Taiwan's garment industry is bound to make a differences in response, to explore the Chinese mainland by Taiwanese garment enterprises how to transition or adjustment. Therefore, we want to discuss the company's face in response to changes in labor costs under this countermeasure, for the study of the motivation of this paper. The study found that labor wages, labor supply and product competitiveness are positively correlated with Suzhou A company's operating performances. Therefore, to improve the operating performance should strengthen product competitiveness, further improve the problems of labor wages and labor supply.
