This research aims to explore the relationship between family support economic pres-sure, education level, marital status and labor disputes. The empirical data used the period from 1999 to 2018 to test the relationship between family economic pressure, education lev-el, marital status and labor disputes in various counties and cities in my country. The re-search results show that family economic pressure, education level, and marital status are all negatively and significantly related to labor disputes.
