摘要

本研究主在探討家庭扶養的經濟壓力、教育程度、婚姻狀況與勞資爭議之關係。實證數據採用1999年至2018年間台灣縣市別資料，檢驗我國各縣市家庭經濟壓力、教育程度、婚姻狀況與勞資爭議之關係。其研究結果顯示家庭經濟壓力、教育程度、婚姻狀況皆與勞資爭議呈負向顯著關係。

This research aims to explore the relationship between family support economic pres-sure, education level, marital status and labor disputes. The empirical data used the period from 1999 to 2018 to test the relationship between family economic pressure, education lev-el, marital status and labor disputes in various counties and cities in my country. The re-search results show that family economic pressure, education level, and marital status are all negatively and significantly related to labor disputes.
