空間上量測一點之三維資料已是目前測量工程上最基本的工作,而80年代以來因雷射的發展迅速已與先進的電子式經緯儀結合成雷射全測站儀,利用雷射測距及電子經緯儀上的測角功能,可直接並迅速的取得被測點的三維座標資料。 本研究自製角度刻劃平臺及材質箱並利用雷射全測站儀之雷射測距功能,測量被測點間因不同材質、角度及距離的變化方式,來取得空間資料並與光波測量方式所得之數據加以分析比較。經實驗使用雷射測距方式測量,當距離大於50公尺且觀測入射角度越大,所量測之資料比較光波測量數據之後發現兩者間有公分級的差異,另外觀測的材質面上也因表面粗糙程度各有著不同的差異量,此實驗成果可作為測量實務上之參考。

The experiment using a laser distance measurement mode, when the distance is greater than 50 meters and the larger observation incidence angle, the measured light wave information after comparing measured data found differences having two centimeter, and material surface was also difference due to surface roughness, the results of this study can be used as a reference measurement.
