關係結合方式對承諾之影響-以台灣主婦聯盟生活消費合作社為例

摘要


邁入二十一世紀之際,經濟迅速成長,資本主義支配了人類經濟之發展。在資本主義的壓迫下,合作運動因應而生,消費合作為改善勞動者與低收入者生活的有效方法。而合作社為「人的結合」之企業體,社員關係結合的強韌程度,是決定合作社經營成功的關鍵要素。本研究主要目的有: 1.探討社員關係結合方式對承諾的影響。 2.探討社員與生產者關係對社員關係結合與承諾之間的干擾效果。 本研究以台灣主婦聯盟生活消費合作社的社員為研究對象,並以立意抽樣配額抽樣法的方式抽取樣本,發放於台北縣市十一個好所在與取貨站,總計發放500 份,有效問卷計285份,以SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析。實證結果得知:1.關係結合方式中的財務結合對承諾無顯著影響;2.關係結合方式中的社會結合對承諾有顯著正向的影響;3.關係結合方式中的結構結合對承諾有顯著正向的影響;4.生產者-消費者交換關係對社員關係結合與承諾之間無顯著的干擾效果。 因此,從關係結合對承諾影響之實證結果中發現,建議合作社應強化其財務結合策略,並且舉辦各種教育、社區交流活動、生產者之旅,加強宣導社員對生產者的關心,建立社員與生產者關係。 合作社是以人為結合之企業體,人是合作社最大的價值,需強化社員的關係結合,提升社員對合作社之承諾,以達到合作社永續經營的目標。

The study aims to investigate how relationship bonding tactics affect commitment, and the moderating effect of relationship between member and producer form relationship bonding to commitment. Then to explore the national consumer cooperatives, providing advice to Taiwan consumer cooperatives. The conclusions of this study are presented as follows: 1. The relationship bonding tactics whose financial bonding tactics has no significant effects on the commitment. 2. The relationship bonding tactics whose social bonding tactics has significant positively effects on the commitment. 3. The relationship bonding tactics whose social bonding tactics has significant positively effects on the commitment. 4. The moderating effect of relationship between member and producer has no significant effects of relationship bonding tactics on commitment. From the empirical result, we suggest cooperative improve the financial bonding strategy, and organize a variety of education, community exchange, visit producers tours. Then enhance public awareness of the producers concerned, and to establish relationship between member and producer. Members are the greatest value of cooperatives, and need to strengthen relationship bonding of members,in order to achieve the goal of sustainable management.
