檢閱目前主流的文獻,不難發現真實和虛擬常被劃分為兩個異質性的場域,但本研究的出發點較不強調對線上/線下的實質區分,而是將虛擬世界視為是另一種「生活」,進而整合對真實與虛擬生活的關懷,重新以個人的視角出發,藉由青少年在真實與虛擬的人際互動和自我操演的經驗,以了解人們是如何遊走在真實和虛擬世界之間的。 本研究以線上遊戲為研究場域,主要採取質化研究深度訪談法進行資料的蒐集,並使用結合型的資料分析方式,先以故事性的寫作生動的描繪青少年真實與虛擬生活的風貌,而後在對其中的一些概念或類屬進行總結性分析,如此不但能完整地保存當事人實際生活經歷的原貌,也能避免人為地將其進行概念上的切割或情節上的拼湊。 研究結果發現,青少年的真實和虛擬生活間是彼此交融的,兩種生活間既可能形成「良性流動」,卻也可能產生「負面流動」。當他們在真實和虛擬之間旅行時,有人顯得自在悠遊,有人蹣跚而行,也有人止步不前,其步伐的順暢與否跟個人的「人際互動型態」、「自我的感知能力」、「對人際關係的敏感度」、「遊戲的動機」以及「對既有模式的依賴」都有很大的關係,而遊移的自在性和順暢性更會影響到真/虛之間資源轉譯的質與量。因此,如何建立一套N世代青少年的實務工作方法,讓真實和虛擬的生活間趨向良性流動卻又能夠讓他們自在的悠遊其中,相信是未來可以繼續努力的方向。
Inspect the literature of mainstream at present, it’s not difficult to find that real and virtual have often been divided into two heterogeneous fields. However, this study is not emphasize to distinguish on-line from off-line essentially, but regards virtual world as another ”life”, and then to explore adolescents interpersonal and self-practice experiences in real and virtual life, in order to understand how people wander between real and virtual world. This study uses the in-depth interview of qualitative research method to collect the data, and vividly describe real and virtual life of adolescent, by the way of story writing, and then analyze concepts and categories by “categorization”. Like this, we can relatively to keep original appearances of real life experiences of adolescent completely, but not to cut the concepts or piece together the plots artificially. The results of this study show that teenagers' real and virtual life have blended each other. The blend of two life can form ”positive circulation“ and ”negative circulation”. Wandering between real and virtual world, teenagers' moving types can be categorize to “move leisurely”, “walk staggeringly”, and “come to a halt”. The wandering smoothly concerns personal “attitude of interpersonal”, “ability of self-awareness”, “susceptibility of interpersonal relationships”, “the motive of play”, and “the degree that people depend on original life”. The free and smooth moving can also influence quality and quantity that resources exchange of two worlds. Based on the fruit, this study suggest that set up the methods of practice to work with youth of Net generation, to facilitate real and virtual life tend to “circulate positively” and “move leisurely”.
