影響台灣地區中高齡人口選擇未來養老居住方式之因子探討

摘要

隨著高齡化趨勢的到來，加上傳統家庭結構式微與少子化的影響下，中高齡者未來在面對養老時居住型態的安排，應有更多元的思考。相較於過去世代，未來的中高齡者也應追求更健康、更富有以及更安適的養老生活品質。因此本文以45歲至64歲之中高齡人口個人特質、生活狀況與未來規劃三方面，探討影響其規劃未來養老居住方式之因子。研究資料取自行政院主計總處2008年中老年狀況調查原始資料。研究結果顯示，中高齡者目前之婚姻狀況，居住型態，健康狀況以及未來養老主要經濟來源之規劃，對於未來養老居住安排上的影響較為顯著。再透過二元羅吉斯迴歸分析，建立影響中高齡未來養老是否選擇老人公寓或安養機構，以及未來養老是否選擇獨居方式兩模型，分別深入了解中高齡者未來選擇此兩種居住方式之影響因子。藉以提供各界研擬建構長者居家環境及高齡化社會政策制定與規劃之參據。

As the proportion of the senior population has increased significantly in Taiwan and changing society, the traditional values relieve the senior effects. In the future, when the senior decide what kind of living pattern they need, they will have a more openly attitude. Therefore, by the trend of the changing society, the traditional values effects ease, and the need of taking care by myself, the pattern of elderly housing will be accepted slowing in the future. Compared with the past generations, the quality of life in the future the elderly should be the pursuit of a healthier, richer and more comfortable. In this paper, to find the influential factors of living arrangements for Elderly People in Taiwan who’s 45 years old to 64 years old age by personality, living conditions and future planning. The results show a more significant impact on future retirement living arrangements in elderly by current marital status, living status, health status, and future pension plan of the main economic sources. By using binary logistic regression model to analysis the factors, the elderly who choosing live in the elderly house in the future. And the other mode is to find the influential factors of choosing living alone. Within the conclusion, this research could provide suggestions for home environment for the elderly and the aging society policy as a reference for the government.
