本研究的主要目的在於探討保全業經營者如何因應物聯網社會於保全產業之影響。本研究的目 的有三:(1)保全業的經營者們對於物聯網趨勢的認識程度。(2)對於未來保全業的發展有著什麼樣 的觀點。(3)確立保全業自身的優勢及改善既有問題的方向。 本研究從物聯網的特性出發,結合保全產業的現況提出以下研究問題:(一)駐衛保全將結合智 慧設備,人力的運用上更為精簡,從業人員菁英化,要求服務品質的提升,更促進證照制度的通過。 (二)保全產業未來發展會以系統保全為主軸,致力發展各項智慧設備,並將設備的應用推及到駐衛 保全當中。(三)我們認為經濟結構的變化可能使保全業必須同時面對提供精緻化、客製化的頂端消 費者期待的市場趨勢以及滿足大眾市場追求高性價比服務的需求。 本研究採用質性研究方法,透過半結構式訪談法蒐集五位保全業經營者的建議,針對研究問題 的部分提出以下發現:(一)駐衛保全確實會結合設備並精簡化,但從業人員素質並不會菁英化,證 照制度的通過仍十分困難;而國內人力欠缺的現況已參考日本高齡人口的運用經驗推動修法。(二) 經營者們對於物聯網發展方向的認識受到保全業與物管業混雜的影響,對未來的發展較無共識,目 前最具相關性的只有具中樞優勢的系統保全,惟系統保全市場已被少數公司獨占(三)經營者們普 遍認為目前市場並無特別差異,在物聯網的發展上亦無顯著進步,距離投入仍有評估空間。 在對照研究發現並修正研究問題後,我們歸納出幾點結論:(一)駐衛保全將結合智慧設備的運 用,精簡人力並設立管制中心,準確分配機動人力以提升人技間的合作效率。(二)系統保全要求人 性化服務質感的提升,且其自身具有建立物聯網的中樞優勢,只要跨出安全範疇便能拓展出更多元 的服務內容。(三)若能結合系統保全作為中樞的訊息整合與傳輸能力以及駐衛保全的充沛人力,在 妥善規劃業務合作與責任分配後,對於緊急事件的處理能力就能夠得到大幅的提升,讓保全業進化 成智慧的產業。但以現況來說,保全產業的消費市場未見明顯區隔,且目前物聯網的前景仍不明確, 未來的發展尚需政府的協助才能順利推動。
This thesis aims at discussing about how security managers dealing with the impacts of Iot (Internet of things). There are three purposes of this thesis, first, we’d love to know how much security managers know about Iot. Second, what are the expectations of these managers, and the third one is to find out the strengths of security industry and whether the Iot will be helpful to existing problems. We integrate recent developments of security guard with the features of Iot, proposing possible alternations as followings: Security guard will employ intellectual devices and reduce the use of manpower, enhancing the quality of its staff and formal licenses. Beat Engineering will be the most influencing service in the future, providing various intellectual devices and employing them to stationed security. As for marketing, security guard industry have to simultaneously fulfill different need of higher and mass consumers. This thesis adopts qualitative methods, combined with semi-standardized interviewing. It takes about three months interviewing five security managers from different companies. We induce all replies from these managers, discovering that: First, security guard employs devices, while there will be no obvious improvements on their staff and formal licenses will not be asked recently as well. Managers are enhancing the law to make use of the retired as supplies for lack manpower of this industry. Second, there’s a blur between security and property management industry in Taiwan, and there’s no common agreements among these managers. Beat engineering is the most prosperous chance because of its built system, but it has been occupied by less companies. Third, managers believe that there’s no obvious differences in the market, and Iot is still a myth, it still takes time to observe. We revise our hypotheses and the results are showed as below: Security guard will employ intellectual devices, set control room and make good use of its manpower. System security will enhance the quality of its service and build its own Iot network on the basis of the existing system, combining not only “security” matters but other additional services. Some security managers suggest that security guard should cooperate with beat engineering. The former provides manpower and the latter sets instant reporting network, which can be very helpful to emergency. As for the market today, there still seems to be no obvious changes from IoT, and it still takes lots of efforts for the government, which plays the most important role, to support and assist the development of IoT in Taiwan.
