本研究以統計軟體為研究對象,探討應用軟體擴散績效之因素分析。經由文獻探討與命題推論,建立研究假說共三個構面,為廠商因素、使用者因素及軟體因素三種。其中廠商因素構面有售後服務程度、廠商的企業形象、廠商的既有顧客數量等三因素構成。使用者因素有風險趨避程度、使用者的軟體專業知識程度、使用者的價格敏感程度等三因素構成。軟體因素有軟體與其他互補軟體相容性、軟體的操作便利性、軟體的產品功能等三因素構成。 本研究採用問卷調查的方式進行實驗,利用SPSS套裝軟體為資料分析之工具。採用迴歸線性分析法,藉以尋找各研究變數間是否具有其關連性,所探討之研究假說是否成立,並作為進行討論的最後依據 研究結果發現廠商因素、使用者因素及軟體因素對於軟體績效擴散皆有正向影響,因此對於應用軟體產業相關廠商而言,必須同時兼顧廠商因素、使用者因素及軟體因素,以使軟體的擴散績效快速且具效果良好。希望透過此研究結果供相關產業對於專用軟體發展及經營策略與方向作為參考。
This study is on Statistical softwares, investigating the factor analysis of Statistical software's proliferation performance. According to the literatures and previous studies, there are three factors involved, consists of the hypothesis, vendor/manufacturer, user and software. First of all, the factor of vendor/manufacturer contains the level of after-sold service, corporate image and existing customer number. Secondly, the user factor constitutes the level of risk aversion, professional knowledge level of the software and price-sensitive level toward the end users. Speaking of software factor, there are the compatibility with other softwares, how convenient the operation interface and function. This study conducted via questionnaire, whilst using the software, SPSS as the analysis tool together with Linar Regression analysis method, attempted to the associativity of those factors and see if this hypothesis can be supported and used for the conclusion discussion. The finding of this study shows all of three factors, vendor/manufacturer, user and software' have the postive influences. In conclusion, to the application software manufacturers, vendor/manufacturer factor, user factor and software factor need to be considered simultaneously in order to have a rapid and positive impact. Hope this study can be a reference for software development and for the management strategy of the software industry.
