隨著經濟起飛,人們逐漸開始注重居住的品質與美學,室內設計產業在近年來逐漸受到重視,亦屬政府在推動文化產業發展之重點項目。本研究探討台灣室內設計企業經營策略之研究,經研究發現,專業證照及技能檢定之建立使裝修品質專業具備一定之安全水準,對產業行銷經營存在一正向關係,對室內設計產業發展有正向顯著影響;隨著電子商務的興起,透過標準作業流程電腦化,利用各階段之流程及系統分析規劃,找出行銷機會,發展商業獲利模式,對室內設計產業發展有顯著影響;另外,科技技術進步,產品日新月異,智慧家庭、智慧家電名詞相繼出現,同時響應世界環保潮流,室內設計將智慧家庭、生活美學、環保等元素融入在室內設計當中,創造市場利基,故研究發現智慧生活美學對室內設計産業發展有正向顯著影響。
Interior design industry has drawn great attention in recent years due to economic development and customer awareness of living quality and aesthetics, and is one of major items of cultural development by the Taiwan government. The purpose of this study is to investigate the business strategy of interior design in Taiwan. The results show the followings. The official professional certificate and technical skill verification could improve the safety level of decoration quality. With the development of electronic commerce, standard computerized SOP, systematic analysis and planning could improve marketing opportunity and enhance the development of business profit models. As technological development is growing speedily, interior design would incorporate intelligent family, lifestyle aesthetics, and environmental protection. Overall, the intelligent lifestyle aesthetics would have great importance for the development of interior design industry.
