近年來資方頻頻抱怨新進員工工作態度不佳,而另一方面,求職者卻也認為工作難尋,本研究的動機即為找出提升工作媒合率的方法,及將結果對求職者提出建議。本研究採用多元迴歸探討個體層次變數─工作類型對面試者的自我評估的影響;及採用階層線性模式探討群體層次變數─面試官人際行為對面試者的自我評估影響。 此外,在求職市場新興一種結合網際網路功能與傳統履歷功能的產品─個人數位履歷,本研究針對其效益進行初探性的研究。 主要結果如下: 一、個人數位履歷內容對面試者的自我評估有正向影響。 二、面試官人際行為對個人數位履歷內容與面試者的自我評估之關係有正向干 擾。 三、製造、研發兩種工作類型對個人數位履歷內容與面試者的自我評估之關係有負向干擾。 四、行銷、人資、MIS、財務、醫療等工作類型對個人數位履歷內容與面試者的自我評估之關係有正向干擾。
The proprietors frequently complain about the work attitude of the new employees for these years. On the other hand, the applicants in job market also complaint about the unemployment. The motive of the present study is to discover the way in increasing job searching success. The result of the study can be suggestion for unemployed people in job searching. The present study adopted multiple linear modeling to examine the effect of individual-level variable-job types to interviewee’s evaluation; the present study also employed the hierarchical linear model to examine the effect of group-level variable-interviewers’ behavior to interviewee’s evaluation. Besides, there is a tool in job seeking market, named as personal digital resume, which combines the characteristics of the internet and the function of traditional resume. The present study is exploratory research. The findings are as follows: 1.Personal digital resume content is positively related to self-evaluation of interviewee. 2.Interviewers’ behavior is positively moderating the relationships between personal digital resume content and self-evaluation of interviewee. 3.Job types of manufacturing and R & D are negatively moderating the relationships between personal digital resume content and self-evaluation of interviewee. 4.Job types of marketing, HR, MIS, and medical are positively moderating the relationships between personal digital resume content and self-evaluation of interviewee.
