摘要

本研究目標在於建立「經濟自由指標」之構念模型，依據相關文獻及利用探索性因素分析與二階驗證性因素分析，本研究結論認為「經濟自由指標」可以分為兩大構面：一、開放競爭框架：由財產權、免於貪汙自由、企業經營自由、投資自由、金融自由、貨幣自由、貿易自由、勞動自由等8個因素組成。二、政府財政規模：由政府規模、財政自由等2個因素組成。本研究之結果顯示，「經濟自由指標」構念模型之中，財產權、免於貪汙自由、企業經營自由、投資自由、金融自由等因素最具關鍵影響力，必須優先列入考量，才能明確掌握經濟自由指標之構念內涵。

Through theoretical and empirical study, this research focused primarily on the construct model of Economic Freedom indicators. The analytical results have indicated that Economic Freedom construct model consisted of two parts: 1. Economic Incentive and Institutional regime: property right, freedom from corruption, business freedom, investment freedom, financial freedom, monetary freedom, trade freedom, and labor freedom. 2. Government Size: the size of government expenditure and taxes. Finally, this study concluded that, in order to construct the model of Economic Freedom, one needed to look into the essentiality of property right, freedom from corruption, business freedom, investment freedom, and financial freedom factors all together.
