教會會友參與動機、心理幸福感、教會參與與教義瞭解之關係－以基督教台灣貴格會為例

The Relationship between Church Members Participation Motives, Psychological Well-being, Church Participation and Doctrines Understanding - Case in TAIWAN FRIENDS MISSION

本研究旨在探討教會會友在教會之「參與動機」、「心理幸福感」、「教會參與」、「教義瞭解」與「基督信仰涉入」之關係，選擇基督教台灣貴格會北一區、北二區及北三區的42間教會其中的8間教會會友為對象進行問卷調查，期作為教會鼓勵信徒參與教會活動或服務、增進教義瞭解及教會增長策略之參考。正式問卷總共發出855份，回收645份，回收率75.44%，有效問卷618份，問卷有效率95.81%。
研究結果發現，教會會友之「參與動機」對「教會參與」與「教義瞭解」有正向影響，教會會友之「參與動機」對「心理幸福感」有正向影響，其中，當會友之「參與動機」考慮「心理幸福感」的構念時，將會提昇會友「教會參與」與「教義瞭解」之正向影響，而「基督信仰涉入」會調節「參與動機」對「心理幸福感」、「教會參與」與「教義瞭解」之影響。本研究同時對於教會會友的人口統計變項對各構念之差異作分析，發現在年齡、家庭生命週期、受洗狀態、參與教會活動或服務的頻率和在教會裡是否擔任同工差異均達到顯著水準的情形。在基督信仰涉入之高低與人口統計變數之交叉分析後發現在年齡、家庭生命週期、受洗狀態、參與教會活動或服務的頻率、在教會裡是否擔任同工和兄弟姊妹是基督徒有差異達到顯著水準的情形。此研究發現可作為教會提昇會友之「教會參與」與「教義瞭解」之目的，由而作為教會擬定會友增長策略之參考。

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to investigate the church members' "participation motives", "psychological well-being", "church participation", "doctrines understanding" and "Christian faith involvement" of relationships, selecting TAIWAN FRIENDS MISSION’s 8 churches members of North one area、North two area and North three area 42 churches as the abject to questionnaires, in order to encourage church members to participate church activities or services, enhance doctrines understanding and the church's growth strategy reference. Total of 855 copies issued by the formal questionnaire, 645 copies had returned, the return rate 75.44%, 618 copies of valid questionnaires, questionnaires efficiency 95.81%.
The results showed that the church members' "participation motives" for "church participation" and "doctrines understanding" has a positive effect, the church members' "participation motives" for " psychological well-being" has a positive effect, which, when church members "participation motives" via "psychological well-being" of the consideration, it will enhance the church members "church participation" and "doctrines understanding" has a positive effect, The Christian faith involvement will adjust "participation motives" for "psychological well-being", "church participation" and "doctrines understanding " the effects. The study also for the church demographic variables for-analysis of the differences each aspects, found that age, family life cycle, baptized status, participating church activities or service frequency and whether as coworkers in the church which there are differences were significant in level conditions. After cross-analysis the level of involvement of the Christian faith with demographic variables, found in age, family life cycle, baptized status, participating church activities or service frequency, whether served as coworkers in the church and brothers and sisters are Christians which there are differences were significant in level conditions. This study found that as a church to enhance church members' "church participation" and "doctrinal understanding" for the purpose, as intended by church for church members growth strategy reference.
