台灣具有高品質的產品、服務與製程,和彈性與快速的交期,因此雖然為一天然資源不甚充裕的小島,仍能利用上述優勢以及網際網路的快速發展,在短期間建立管理全球各地大量湧入資訊的機制,發展全球最傲人的運籌能力,變成全球供應鏈中最有效率的供應者。因此,企業在具體運作時,如何發揮組織學習能力的技巧,促成知識分享,提昇組織供應鏈管理績效,以進一步創造組織績效,這其中環環相扣的關係是產業界迫切需要了解的,也是學術界及產業界密切注意的研究重點。 鑑於組織學習能力與知識分享在新競爭市場的重要性與日俱增,然而近年來,以組織學習能力與知識分享成效為要因,探討其與供應鏈管理績效、和組織績效之整合關聯模式的研究尚少。因此,本研究乃以台灣的產業為研究對象,綜合專家訪談之質性討論與192份問卷調查之量化統計分析方法,進行上述構面互動關係之實證研究。本研究之結果顯示組織學習能力與知識分享成效對於公司的供應鏈管理績效及組織經營績效均有顯著之影響。因此,公司必須投入資源來加強員工之組織學習能力及知識分享成效,以便利用此兩項能力來提升公司之供應鏈管理績效和組織績效。本研究之結果對於未來相關學術理論之推導及企業實務之應用將很有參考價值。
Taiwan has been noted for its high quality products, services and manufacturing process, as well as flexible and rapid delivery. Hence although limited natural resources it owns, Taiwan built the mechanisms for contains volume information and developed the global logistic capability, and has become the most efficient supplier in the global supply chain. Consequently, for Taiwan businesses how to utilize organizational learning capability, in order to facilitate knowledge sharing and supply chain performance, and ultimately improve organizational performance are the priorities for the government, industries and academics to explore. Although the concepts of these research elements are often discussed, studies haven’t been found which explores the relationships among organization learning capability, knowledge sharing, supply chain management performance, and organizational performance in an integrative framework. Therefore, through an empirical study of Taiwan’s industry, the research results from survey questionnaires and statistical analysis show that there are significant relationships between organization learning capability, knowledge sharing, supply chain management performance, and organizational performance. The results imply that managers should energize their company with organization learning capability and knowledge sharing in order to boost their supply chain management performance and organizational performance. The results also may provide an influential reference for academicians and practitioners.
