電廠蒸汽流量最佳化分配之研究

摘要


本論文研製之將運用可用能(exergy)的概念來建立核能電廠能量平衡設備(BOP, Balance Of Power Plant)中之汽機蒸汽控制閥與汽水分離再熱器之熵值產生模式。在固定額定熱功率下,藉由模擬可用能之轉換與損耗的情形,以最佳化設計的做法來進行流量分配,進而由流程閥位變化所產生的流量分配變化,以提升整體熱效率。經由實驗證明,在減少進入汽水分離再熱器蒸汽流量並將其導向汽機控制閥,將可以減少整體蒸汽流程壓力的損失,減少蒸汽流動過程中所產生的不可逆性,如此可以獲致不錯的發電量提昇。

A procedure is to implement exergy concept of establishing entropy generation mode between the control valve and moisture separator reheater of turbine at Balance of Power Plant (BOP). To simulate the situations of exergy transformation and loss at normal rated power, the design optimization of flow distribution can promote integrity heat effiency by adjusting valve level relating to flow distribution change. Through experiment verification, reducing steam flow entering moisture separator reheater and then guiding to the control valve of turbine would minimize the pressure loss and the irreversibility resulting from integrity steam process, and electricty power increase can be expected fairly
