避雷器於配電線路之保護應用研究

摘要


由於配電系統不易完全地下化,許多區域之配電架構仍採架空線路方式佈設,也因此遭受雷擊威脅。為防制雷害於系統及設備破壞,電力公司訂定利用避雷器、架空地線等相關措施進行防護,提高供電可靠度及穩定度。本論文主要研究9kV配電級避雷器於配電系統防護應用,包括額定標準、絕緣耐壓、衝擊試驗、能量等規範整理及裝設方式之效益。本論文同時分析台電一般架空線與地下電纜混用方式,探討不同避雷器裝設位置之影響,採用暫態模擬軟體ATP進行雷突波、開關突波及暫態過電壓於系統及避雷器上之模擬,期對配電系統保護設計考量有所助益。

Owing to difficulties of constructing the distribution system in underground style completely, the distribution lines of a lot of areas still adopts the overhead circuits which is threatened by the lightning strucks. To prevent these damages, Taiwan Power Company (TPC) sets up methods which using arresters, overhead ground line.., etc to protect the system and equipments. Also, to improve the reliability and stability of power supplied . In this thesis, protection applications of the distribution system employing 9kV-grade arresters are analyzed. The standards of ratings, insulation level, surge tests and energy capacity are introduced first. Then benefits of different locations for the arresters installed are compared. In the meanwhile, the distribution structure comprising overhead line and underground cables is analyzed. The influence of installed positions of the arresters on the cables are researched. The software package “Alternative Transient Program (ATP)” is employed for simulation purposes. The simulations mainly research the effects of lightning surge, switching surge and transient over-voltage on the system and arresters. This thesis aims to verify and improve the protection design using arresters for distribution system.
