電動床之運動與靜力分析

摘要


近年來因醫療科技不斷的進步,人類愈來愈懂得該如何預防並維持身體的健康,進而使得人類的壽命不斷的延長。目前社會已經明顯邁入高齡化的年代,因此慢性病預防、殘障、老人之照護等醫療照護的需求日趨殷切,則居家照護及預防保健將會成為未來醫療產業的主要訴求,其中則以電動床的使用最為常見。所以本論文的目的在於建立電動床受人體作用時的運動及靜力分析模式,以提供電動床設計強度的參考依據。本研究首先以皮托科技所提供的PhaseSpace動作擷取系統來分析與量測肢體在三度空間之位置。再利用所得的人體之肢體動態數據,計算推算人體各個部位之質心位置。接著建立一個人體參數包括各軀塊重量及長度,最後建立人體躺臥於有角度變化之電動床上的運動及靜力分析模式。本研究亦撰寫MATLAB程式模擬電動床各桿件的運動狀態。

In recent years, the continuously improvement of medical technology increases the human life. In current aging society, the medical cares of chronic disease prevention, disability, and elderly care, etc. are needed more and more. Hence the main demands of medical industry are would be home care and preventive health care. Based on the fact, the popular product of medical industry is electric beds; the purpose of this work is to establish the mathematical models of the kinematic and static force analysis. By applying the modes, the electric bed designers can design a high strength bed. First, this work using Phase Space motion capture system provide by Pitot Technology to measure the limb positions in three dimensions. Furthermore, the work could apply the position data to calculate the mass centers of different limb. Finally, this paper establishes the kinematic and static force analysis models of electric bed during the human lying. The paper also calculates the motion states by using a MATLAB program.
